A very nice hotel, with all the appropriate facilities and services. Very good customer service, clean and cozy rooms, nice views! Stayed 4 nights for business purposes, really good choice to spare your free time and relax. My only con:
-4 days in a row, same restaurant menu with same main courses...
Stayed here with family and friends for a quick getaway and despite all the limitations Covid has created, this hotel raises above the rest. The cleanliness was re assuring both in the room and in the hotel in general. Customer service is excellent. Food was also great even though limited due to Covid. We have no complaints and we all definitely recommend this hotel. Location is superb and views are breathtaking.
We had an excellent stay in this hotel. Probably the best spot in the city. Needless to say that the restaurant and the roof garden give an exceptional food experience with the excellent meals combined with the unforgetable view.
Overall, a great place to stay and dine.

Menu is not good for vegetarians. Mattress gave me a sore back. My girlfriend looks fierce and sexy on the roof with great views.
The perfect city hotel when visiting Thessaloniki. Ideal location in the city center, very friendly and helpful staff, rooms with amazing sea view, clean and with attention to details. Cherry on top: the roof garden restaurant Orizontes with a great selection of local and fresh products in a well curated menu. Definitely recommend it!
Do not stay here. I booked a reservation and when the borders closed and called ahead of time, they did not issue a refund. I drove 10 hours from border to border and They said they would handle everything but wouldn t do it when everything was said and done. This is terrible customer service. when their country closes they should be able to consider the guest. Hotel Porto was better. They gave options and helped immediately. Really consider the options before you come and book this spot. Hotel Porto is also 5 stars and their service is 5 stars. Go there and save the hassle

Kudos to the whole staff! Stayed over for a night at a junior suite. From the first to the last moment we felt safe and cared for. The whole place smells cleanliness and freshness. Every single detail in the room and the common areas was taken care of regarding the covod-19. We have been to many hotels this past year but this was the first time that we have seen such a strict protocol applied. Breakfast was of high quality and variety, having staff serve you. Smiling people, with a great sense of hospitality. Right at the heart of the city, this is truly a 5 star super safe experience!
Beautiful place with most wonderful veiw in Thessaloniki. Nice rooftop restaurant / cafe, with very good coffee and snacks.
