Welcome back to 1973. The worst system I've ever worked with. Not up to date, slow, does not work well with other sources, to many windows open, should I go on.
Stay away from this cheap system unless you like calling their "help" line 10x's per day.

I thoroughly enjoy working at Eleadone. The management honestly care and support their employees. The sincerity of the Management team is phenomenal. A couple of months Prior to moving to Valdosta, I submitted my application online and was told as soon as I get to Valdosta come in and complete the application process and I was hired on the spot and have been every since. I love the fact I can take my lunch and breaks at my convenience. Managers does not hover over you. They are extremely helpful.

This place doesn't pay enough for such high expectations. The 2 ladies in HR are clueless and not proficient. I worked for elead before and they continuously enter their employee's social security# incorrectly and the spelling of their names are entered into the system incorrectly. And that is a weird problem to have. It caused a few employees to have major complications during the tax season and cashing their checks. It is as if we didn't give them proof of identification and our social security card. I honestly think they should replace the entire staff team of the front office.

I absolutely HATED working here. Everyone shares the same computers and headsets. Which is so unsanitary. Its overcrowded and they do not care about if you're sick or have other obligations. They rather risk you showing up with pink eye or a sore throat and risk everyone getting sick if it benefits them for the day.

I worked here for a month and I hated it here. It honestly isn't for everyone and I applaud people who stick with it. It just wasn't for me. I had no issues with the team leaders as they were helpful and kind. Although, you will learn more from workers if you want to move up....I advise you to listen to the advice of people in higher campaigns.

A lot of money to be made if you have what it takes to make it. No other place i know pays you a bonus for coming to work on time and when scheduled PLUS they pay you an extra percentage on your standard bonus for extra time you put in over your base hours. Here in inbound we can work up to 60 hours a week right now. Oh yea and annual FunDay/Employee appreciation. What are you waiting for apply now!

As an employee here, the average work day is often varied. On a semi-frequent basis, things will run smoothly and you ll be and feel productive. There are opportunities for bonuses. However, the overall incentive values have been cut down. Schedules and hours are changed frequently so do not expect long term stability if you re in need of that. From observation and experience, people with military affiliation of any kind are not treated well. The training and skills of the trainers from CRSs all the way up to management are in need of serious overhaul. Managers consistently relay inaccurate and inconsistent information while frequently going back on their words/actions to directly throw their subordinates under the bus in order to not bring blame or responsibility upon themselves. This has created a toxic C.Y.A. culture from Management down. The company s data networks and software systems are also sub-par. Because of delays, system shut downs, it is constantly left to the employees to manually track their hours, appointments and other important data. Otherwise employees can and will not be appropriately compensated. This is a critical failure of the company to have better infrastructure to help manage these things. Especially when there is a consistent history of employees pay issues not being resolved or acknowledged by the company. Additionally, this company is specifically strict in regards to attendance tracking. Negative points accrue alarmingly fast and can have significant impact for bonuses and pay raises on 6 month and yearly reviews. I have worked there for two and a half years. I ve seen the Management change when ELEAD ONE/Fresh Beginnings became CDK Global. Some things have changed positively since the turnover. However a lot has been lost in the overall quality of management, training, and employee care. One strong benefit of the company is the benefits of employment to include a good healthcare program. This unfortunately does not overshadow but other glaring detriments such as exceptionally poor management and leadership, repeated incidents of sexual harassment, and obvious favoritism by management with friends in enforcing and upholding workplace rules for things such as dress code, professional behavior, or employee treatment. Lastly there has been also a large of facility cleanliness and hygiene as there is a significant bug problem within the building. I enjoyed in some respects my time working here. I enjoyed the nature of my job and my interactions with customers. However, my direct treatment from trainers and managers and the subsequent culture they created is not something I would ever want to experience again.

It was an okay company. I hated the cold calling of people trying to get them to trade their vehicles in. Most people were really irritated from having been called several times before by other agents in the call center for different dealerships.
