Couldn't be happier with Elation. Excellent product which helps us take good care of our patients efficiently. Customer service is fantastic as well.
Elation itself is a solid platform. However they charge a full additional MD user for every mid level practitioner (I've never seen this in any other competitor EHR). The cost is high and doubles for every mid level provider. Customer service is lacking and no direct contact or dedicated contact to speak to. Overall, platform is good and user friendly; Elation customer service and feedback along with valuing and preserving physician and their staff's valuable time to resolve issues when they occur is lacking.
The best clinically oriented EMR available. I ve tried several and this is the most thoughtfully laid out one.
The closest thing to a paper chart available in the electronic world, with the capabilities that come with an electronic health record. Very efficient to use, without the bloating, multiple screens/tabs, and with fewer extra clicks compared to electronic records I've used previously. And very cost-effective!
emailed the support team a total of 5 times to resolve a password reset issue and have not got a single response.

Elation has been the easiest part of transitioning to my new practice. Its simple to learn and exceedingly practical to work with. Patients love the portal and I love its intuitive operation and reliability. Additionally, the customer service of this company is extraordinary.
