Elation itself is a solid platform. However they charge a full additional MD user for every mid level practitioner (I've never seen this in any other competitor EHR). The cost is high and doubles for every mid level provider. Customer service is lacking and no direct contact or dedicated contact to speak to.

Overall, platform is good and user friendly; Elation customer service and feedback along with valuing and preserving physician and their staff's valuable time to resolve issues when they occur is lacking.
