Room furniture and room cleanliness is poor

Treated by reception staff is very poor and room locations are very unacceptable
Note that its views are on the roof of the mall
The sound of the mall's air conditioners is very loud, and it works 24 hours
Causing inconvenience to hotel visitors

My experience with them will never be repeated
