A bad-hearted man. Although I did not ask him for service, I will never approach this store again.
I arrived at the store today because they were referred to me from the nearby Tambour store. I was looking for a screwdriver that unlocked laptop screws. The seller claimed they did not sell screwdrivers. I asked him if he had a suitable screwdriver and he said yes and that he had a lab. I told him that the keyboard was not working because one of the connectors inside was loose (a known malfunction in this model) and that if he would let me use the 2 minute screwdriver to open the laptop.
I was with my daughter, 5 months old ... and after 3 tambourine stores where there was no screwdriver, and a baby rattle, I came to ask him for this help.
The shop owner stated that he was repairing a computer, and that my keyboard had to be replaced (wrong! No less and no more ...
As much as I begged and tried to speak to his heart, I immediately offered him $ 100 for using his 2-minute screwdriver, he refused ...
At some point to his employee we were uncomfortable and he told me that such a screwdriver in the south of TA can be bought at the store ... and here the evil store owner interrupted him and did not let him continue to talk to me.
