After getting the runaround here in America trying...
After getting the runaround here in America trying to buy parts for a furling unit, I reached out to MEC for help. Bill went above and beyond in getting the parts I needed and was very patient and friendly while we worked through some technical issues getting the money transferred. Once that was cleared up he shipped out my parts promptly and they arrived in quick order. I am very pleased and grateful for all the help and service. I only wish this level of friendly, personable service were more widely available. Thanks again :D.

A common challenge for boat owners of different manufacturers is to find a reliable one stop shop for the various parts and equipment fitted on board. Bill Lampard and MEC Marine always show interest do help and respond very quickly, professionally and nicely to inquires regardless their value. Spares and repairs usually mean down time for boat owners. After mooring localy we visit MEC Marine for some parts following unsuccessful sourcing from other marine suppliers. It's friendly, informative, understanding our urgent need to get underway. The service is the best bit, Bill and Mat wrote the book about customer care nothing but nothing is to much trouble. Have no doubt about shopping here you are in safe hands.
