Accurate results but bad organization for the appointments!!! Never take appointments with Dr. Atallah, you will finish by waiting 3 hours for your appointment to come!!! Very bad management !
The service level declined significantly since last year. Although they have good medical team but the admin delay is critical.

Nice center and staff...but make sure to tell them if you want your results in english unless your doctor knows french!

It doesnt even deserve that star. I have never posted a bad review. But i simply do not recommend this place at all especially during the pandemic. It's chaotic, appointments are not respected. People are waiting at the stairs area. A woman without a mask is waiting in the waiting area. (I had always done all my exams there and used to recommend it to all my friends) .
Never go there for a scanner, although the stuff is friendly, the reports of the scanner came twice inaccurate. Had to made them reread twice by doctors from another lab for correct diagnosis
I would have chosen not to add any star honestly. This was a very bad experience and I surely do not recommend this place at all. By all means, if you are totally healthy and nothing wrong with your body, going to this place will definitely cause harm to your body, you brain, and your patience because of the way they treat you. The staff is very very, unbelievably rude and impolite. They treat you and talk to you as if you are some sort of slave or a lower person. If your employees are not happy with their jobs its not the clients responsibility to receive their Impoliteness, and their unprofessional way of talking. Make sure to choose your employees properly, and to monitor their work. plus, a small advice, make sure to pay attention to these negative reviews, otherwise i do not expect any of this to change.
It doesn't even deserve a star!!! A very bad place and the staff working is unprofessional! I booked an appointment for a 4D and they said they have it.. On the spot the doctor was grumpy and unprofessional.. After it they told me to pay for the 4D although they didn't do it!!! It was a simple morphological echo that i could do it at my doctor's!!! Shame on you CEDIM!
The worst customer service ever! They don't even deserve a star! Super unprofessional staff, reception, admission, etc... Simply the worst.
