Worst application process ever!! Applied for Chris Hani Village in Germiston on 25 January 2018. In April they told me they haven't processed my application. Today in July I am told I need to re-apply again for next year there is no space available anymore until next year 2019. What a s**t service Ekurhuleni Housing Company!!

I was supposed to occupy the apartment (1/8/201) because the 1st is during the week i requested to move in on 4/8/2018 saturday. On friday i went there to check this is what i got. The caretaker did not even bother to accompany us when checking the apartment, only to find the mess. The service is very poor. Irrespective of complains you make there is no improvement. I was asked to clean this in order to move in as there is no one who works over the weekend.

Worst service ever. I tried to call them multiple times but no one answered. I went to their offices n they told me that they don't take applications anymore, n that's not updated on the website.

Bad infrastructure, no proper planning with no shade for cars

No it's not ok cause am paying lot of money for this subsidy and when I want RDP they say I have RDP at pharoe park but am paying lik bond house

Security needs to be beefed... noice level must be reduced even during the day..... it is just ok
