Such sloppy work on the day of my wedding! We did the photo and videography package, and sent very specific emails and details on the form they make you fill out on what i really wanted them to capture on my big day. Unfortunately the photos i listed as most important either did not get captured or they were horrible quality! Once we received our video they forgot to send the raw footage along with it (which we also paid for), then during the whole ceremony all you hear is wind and a dog barking, which i have no clue how that is possible. We got married on a closed off private golf course with no houses close enough to capture that in the audio. They also arrived late which meant i had no photos of myself in my dress before hand, (which i really wanted, and stated i wanted), they did not stay on top of their times. I had to keep calling over to the groomsmen at the location they were getting ready at to try and get them back at the venue/bridal suite. HOWEVER the thing that got me the most upset was the fact the videographer did not have his camera recording for the whole beginning of my ceremony. He missed my grandparents walking down, parents, and got some of my husband coming down. Which since being the bride i did not get to relive any of those moments i missed out on from now being outside to see everyone walk down the isle! I fought back and forth with this company for probably over a year around the issues my husband and I had with what we paid, verse what we received. Unfortunately they never did anything about it! They offered us a coupon however to use the coupon we had to spend money out of our pockets, which they would still be getting more money out of us at that point. I wish i could go back in time and spend the extra money in a different company! Also they switched out my photographer 3 different times before my wedding. I had a final photographer set in stone maybe a few days before the wedding.

We had 2 incredibly guys film/photograph our wedding on September 21, 2019 and it was perfect. They did such an incredible job and we enjoyed them so much! They really took the time to make sure they got the perfect photo/video opportunities, and that makes for the best. I have talked with multiple people through phone calls with Eivan s and they have all been so nice, polite, and most importantly helpful! 10/10 recommend!

Our photographer was fabulous. Everything went smoothly and he showed up early to get some photos of the venue before we arrived. We only purchased 8 hours of photography up front with a credit towards prints. I thought I got a good value for the photography and they sent a pre-wedding sale so I purchased photo package from that sale. The price was hard to pass up. I am also planning on purchasing a photo album with my credits towards printing.

Our experience with Eivan's Photo thus far has been wonderful. The staff have been helpful in answering questions and providing insight into our package purchased. I was hesitant at first, but the photographers and videographer were amazing on our wedding day. I have no complaints about them! Eivan's did a great job following up and the phone calls are a nice touch rather than just emails. We are looking forward to getting our pictures and videos back!

We had a great experience. We got our photos back within a month and they were excellent. If you live in Ohio, request to have Ray for photos and Denzel for video. They were amazing!
We received a great package for a great price too. They are definitely worth going with!

We couldn't have wished for a better company to take care of our photos and video. Eivan's truly made us feel like family and they did a FANTASTIC job on EVERYTHING!!!! :)

I used Eivan's for our wedding photography and videography. We were so happy with all the moments that were captured on our wedding day. Couldn't have be more pleased with the quality of our photos and video. The customer service team was also very helpful during the initial process and planning our special day. I would highly recommend.

Nothing but regrets working with this company for my wedding. Took almost 2 years to get our full package, and was extremely disappointed in the customer interaction, end product, and overall service of Eivan s. When respectfully expressing my concern along the way, was treated very poorly over the phone and through email. Very disappointed, will not be recommending to friends and family.

I have no regrets in choosing Eivan s Studio to be part of my sons weddings. They promised they would make my mouth drop with the production they will present me, and definitely they sure did!! Plus we just started!!!! Looking forward to more. Amazing work and team. Very easy to work with.

Had a great experience with Eivan s. My photographers and videographer were all so nice and positive! Good communication with the company throughout the process and they always were quick to answer my questions! Would recommend, such a great deal for the pride!
