Détail de l'évaluation : 5.01/10 Bonjour à toutes et à tous, Je vous partage mon expérience avec l'EIML Paris concernant une année de césure en 2019. Tout a commencé par la remise d'un chèque de 2698 € sur la foi des paroles de l'accueil, qui m'avait assuré qu'il ne serait pas encaissé tout de suite, car je n'avais pas les fonds disponibles sur mon compte à ce moment-là. Pourtant, deux semaines plus tard, ma banque me signale un encaissement sans provision et m'inscrit à la FICP (Fichier Central des Incidents de Remboursement). J'ai immédiatement demandé ma radiation de l'établissement. C'est accepté, mais à une seule condition : le paiement des 2698 € restants, au motif que les 15 jours de rétractation étaient écoulés. Pourtant, je n'ai reçu aucun service concret : je n'ai suivi aucun cours, je n'ai pas occupé de place au détriment d'un autre étudiant et surtout, l'EIML ne m'a aidé en rien à trouver un employeur pour ma césure. J'étais donc simplement dans une démarche administrative. Pourquoi devrais-je payer une telle somme pour un service inexistant ? Je me sens victime d'une arnaque, seule face à une administration rigide et des huissiers qui viennent me faire pression chaque mois à mon domicile, alors que je n'ai aucun moyen financier ou juridique pour me défendre seule. Si vous avez des conseils ou une aide à me proposer, je vous en serais reconnaissant(e). Merci d'avoir lu jusqu'au bout.
