Nice shop, nice furniture, DJ, kids corner, free coffee. Why not 5 stars: very unfortunate that they do not say to people with kids that there is a kids corner. We got there 10 minutes before closing time.

The largest branch of this furniture store in the Netherlands. Spacious shop with presentation of many different brands, of course varying in price to exclusive. The offered furniture varies in both size and upholstery. With many products it is possible to achieve your own preference in both composition and coating. Highly recommended if you are in the orientation phase for looking for new furniture.

Very large store with a lot of choice, some departments sellers less friendly.

Certainly not always successful here. Sometimes quite pricey. Nice that children can just 'park' next to the restaurant.

Nice big thing, somewhat pricey, good coffee with cake

Normally we always come up with nice ideas for our interior, but not the last time. We were not inspired to make a purchase.
The coffee, on the other hand, was as always very tasty.

Seen nice and appropriate furniture. Fine advice. It is strange to get discount coupons on May 2 that are only valid until April 29.

Bad return service if you buy something in the webshop .... I have been waiting for the amount to be refunded for 2 weeks now. Something went wrong at Eijerkamp and it also takes a long time to repair this error ...

Thanks for the comment below. Today I met an employee who has put things on the right track and if all goes well it is now resolved. This adds a star. And because of the reaction below, another star will be added.

Super nice spacious store with excellent, super friendly, knowledgeable staff. That makes you very happy. The restaurant, with very good staff, may serve some fresher sandwiches. But we've come across it ... still five stars!

Bank ordered at Eijerkamp, this was offered 480 EUR cheaper at the Eijerkamp site after one month and before delivery from the bank. Eijerkamp does not want to encounter this and charges a 30% cancellation fee.
The message is "indeed sin, but we can't do anything about it"

Eijerkamp zutphen does not fully understand the customer / consumer .... too bad

After contacting both Marketing and with the Eijerkamp Retail Group manager itself, we are pleasantly surprised that Eijerkamp itself does indeed pay attention to the customer and also shows understanding. Tribute!

Playground for children is ideal! Especially because there is always someone present for the kids.

Have a nice day shopping at Eijerkamp and then you also want to eat and drink. That is possible in the restaurant. A nice cappuchino with a sausage roll ... unfortunately there was only one, so just walk back and forth and search for service behind the counter or behind the counter. Nobody in the neighborhood unfortunately. Then just grab a pastry. When we arrived at the checkout it also took a while before a newly dressed lady came to pay. I indicated that I was already planning to continue because no one came. Well, if you feel good about it, you should do that ... I have more things to do ... it's just like football, people who are standing next to the field always get better answers to my question about sausage rolls. Did you not hear the beep, they just came out of the oven ... but that was not right, they only started putting in a load again. All in all, no attentive and friendly service. And it is also not that it is free. But it does depend on the Eijerkamp flag and you want to feel welcome. On the voucher, however, we read Landgoed Rhederoord Catering.

Really big furniture store. Furniture of all kinds, prices are a bit expensive.

Good and nice advice from Lisette. She has drawn the living room to scale for us so that we got an excellent overview of the new situation (after renovation) in our living room. Based on our wishes we got a good picture of how to place the furniture.

This morning very well helped by Jasper! We were somewhat disappointed by some mis communication but Jasper did an excellent job, very satisfied with this service! And we are completely happy!

Amazingly professional and knowledgeable staff. You do pay the top price for the furniture. But if the budget is os then this shop is a must
