It was good but the attention at the end does not correspond to the category and prices, regulate only the views are sensational

Amazing atmosphere and ambience with a great view. It is expensive, but you get more than what you pay for. My wife and I came here for our 1st anniversary, and Scott was an absolutely fantastic waiter! On top of everything, the food is absolutely delicious!

I would never recommend. If the "manager" doesn't think you belong there they will just escort you and your family out. Will never return .

Food 100%, service 100%, overall experience 100%! Ate in here our last night of our visit and it was brilliant. Ordered a steak that was cooked to perfection with a side of mash mmmm (mouth watering as I type lol). The service was great making the full party feel welcome and relaxed. Would defo go back again! An expensive meal but totally worth it.

Our waiter, James was excellent! Informative and fun to assist us. Great personality! The food and view are over the top. A must in Vegas!

I wish we could have eaten the view, as that was the best part of this experience. I would rather taken a McDonald s up there to eat. Beef wellington pastry was raw and meat unseasoned. Food is bland. Poor imitation of French cuisine. Could have knocked someone out the bread was so hard. Waiter was sycophantic, working over time for that tip. Other staff were very polite, but the bill came to over 200 dollars. I would suggest going up here for a drink, enjoying the food and leaving! Not sure why this place has such food reviews.

This high-rise fine dining restaurant is located up a replica of the Eiffel Tower at the Paris Hotel in Las Vegas. I recommend stay at this hotel if you ever get the chance, it is incredible! The dinner was covered by the HYLA company as their yearly appreciation trip for the top selling teams in the U.S. and for winning their contest my husband and I got to celebrate with them!

Drinks were amazing, the dishes for dinner were so flavor full and I want to give the chef Kudos on the Salad, which was my personal favorite. The Desert was beautiful and tasted wonderful but it was so rich I could not finish it.

I want to thank the Hyla Team in Austin and the Hyla Company for sponsoring the Las Vegas Trip we won just for being customers. They are amazing people and the product has been amazing everyday. Definitely the best household purchase I've made in the last 6 years and have paid itself off within the first 2 weeks of use.

I have to pay more money for a team of cleaners to come to my house twice a month to do what this Hyla can do for less. Best part is even though I live in Texas, have 3 dogs and a cat and am allergic to everything, I have not suffered from any allergies in my house since using the Hyla. I don't want to spoil it for you, you really have to see for yourself why this is so AWESOME!! I would love to refer you!

Me and the 2 young lady's that went absolutely loved it and are planning to fly back in to go again.

Great atmosphere and nice view. In general the food was delicous but after having the 7 cours menu we were still hungry. Maybe this is typical for such a restaurant.
What I really liked was the special service because of our wedding anniversery!

I made a reservation for me and my wife's anniversary. We had a 8:30 appointment. I had asked ahead of time to have a window seat overlooking the Bellagio waterfront. We arrived at 8pm and was quickly seated, however not at the seat I had requested. I was told ahead of time it depends on seating availability. I requested a second time and was told if we didn't mind going back downstairs and waiting we could get that seat when available. Before we could leave we ushered to a table exactly as requested. The waiter was super friendly and pleasant. The food was amazing and the dessert was even better. We were given two free treats since it was our anniversary. The view from our seat was amazing and overall everything when well. Thank you guys at Eiffel tower for giving us a great anniversary dinner.

I took my wife here for her birthday as I wanted a romantic and elegant setting. From the minute we arrived the staff were fantastic with us. We were taken to our table at the window which over looked the fountains at the bellagio and once seated the waiter wished my wife a happy birthday. The food was amazing and they even gave my wife a special birthday dessert. So glad we had my wifes birthday dinner here was a wonderful place and well worth a visit for any occasion

Amazing views of the strip if you can get a window seat. Food is solid if not spectacular, but the prices are steep. Service very good.

Very good seafood. Cute half bottle wines. Souffle desert was a great ending to the meal.

A wonderful dining experience with perfect portions

We celebrated my wife birthday at Gordon Ramsay restaurant in the Eiffel Tower and the food and service was superb!

Very nice place and spectacular views of Las Vegas Blvd. but a disaster management. Little serious, after closing the reservation indicating mobile and credit card we show up 5 minutes before the time and they tell us that we have to wait 40 minutes standing for over booking with the full bar of people waiting. You don't just live on Instagram!

Great food, my family and i loved it! Get the duck, it's amazing!!

So we got there at the allotted time of our reservation because we were told we would be charged if we didn't show up on time
Fair enough.
Sat at the bar for 45 minutes till our reserved table was ready.
Seems that all the reviews have the same problem with tables not being ready on time......
Got seated.....
Waited at our table for drinks until the sommelier showed up and recommended some of the the most expensive bottles of champagne and wine. We haven't even ordered dinner yet so how does he know how to pair wines/champagnes?!?!?!
After questioning his decision(s) and asking him his level of sommelier certification (Som1, Som2, Som3 etc....) he sheepishly admitted he has no sommelier rating and was a self taught.
WHAT!!??!!
Well now our "self appointed sommelier" disappeared so I had to physically get up, walk over to the bar and ask the bartender what champagne we order at the bar so we could get more of it, I bumped into one of my other guests at our table and he was doing the same thing for his red wine (we were a party of 10)

Also I wanted a cocktail and had to wait 15 minutes and finally had to get up and corner someone down to take my order.

Pros:
A) Food was some of the best I've ever had...5 stars!

Con:
A) Absurdly expensive. (I regularly dine at Pebble Beach & Spanish Bay), this restaurant is 30-50% higher than any other 5 star restaurant Ive ever eaten at.....ever
Although like I said, the food was excellant from appetizers, dinner to desert.
B) Service was SLOW and un-attentive to the point of actually getting up 3 different times and asking to either clear our plates, please give us some bread and/or water refills.
3+ hours from the time we showed up to getting our check and leaving
C) If you want a table with a view you need to be either party of 2 or 4.
Any other bigger party sits in the back with partial view obstructed by steel beams/girders.
Maybe we hit it on a busy night (Saturday)..Still, if I'm going to pay ultra top dollar, I expect a little better level of service we received, and at least a rated sommelier.

Celebrated my 30th b'day at the Eiffel!! Love love love everything about this restaurant!! Professional & excellent waiters/waitresses!! They are all dressed in black & in suits!! Formal attire. Food is perfection!! We ordered snapper fish & lamb/ratatouille with sides asparagus & dessert!! We had gorgeous window view of the fountain & Bellagio! We had a romantic table with rose petals!! They know how to pour into your glass right perfectly!! There are elevators to the very top & the city view is absolutely breathtaking!! It can get crowded up at the top. Overall, 10+ stars!!

Excellent selection, food, service and company. This was our 5th time to eat here. Love it.

Can't go wrong with anything on the menu and the great view of the Bellagio fountains

We were a large group and they handled us well. We shared the steak tartar and escargot and the group was pleased. Be ware of the high prices . A typical drink will be around 20 dollars and even the Chicken entree was 40 dollars. We also had the dover sole and the lamb chops which were all delicious. The desert soufflets were really good as well and the ambience is quite nice. Similar to Jules Verne in Paris Eiffel Tower. Be prepared to spend at least 150 per head .

My boyfriend and I just got engaged, and our family set up a surprise reservation for us at this restaurant to celebrate. It was the perfect ending to the perfect day! This restaurant is absolutely beautiful and so high class. They had roses on the table, which had a GREAT view of the strip and the Bellagio fountains. Our waiter and the photographer who took our photos were both very professional and made our dinner special! And the food was immaculately presented and tasted great.

Amazing experience my 1ns time in 3 months. Queen filet melts in your mouth. Spectacular views. Wait staff perfect and very attractive. Wine list extensive and very nice chocolate. I loved it both times just as nice

This is an experience. Great for a special occasion. Amazing views, great service and fab food. The souffle is divine! Ps...it's weird that the elevator opens up into the kitchen lol.

Here in Vegas this restaurant very pricey and men have to wear a botton up shirt at dinner time if you approach not wearing one they will give you one to wear or you are not allowed in.

The best view of Las Vegas and the food is amazing.

We only had drinks when visiting this restaurant, we were sat in the bar area facing the window (view in photo) the bar is on a level/step above the dining so anyone in the bar will still get a great view of the strip and of the fountains. Crisps and spicy nuts were served with each round of drinks and staff were friendly and attentive.

Drinks: $8-10 for beers / Wine $15+ / Cocktails $19

We had a corporate event here and secured the private lounge for only $150! It was amazing, our private event coordinator Courtney was fast, reliable and so much fun to work with. The food itself was awesome and the best views of the strip! Going again, 100%!

Absolutely phenomenal, went with my girlfriend for an early valentines and it was worth every bit and more. Great service great food highly recommend for every special occasion.

Extraordinary views, excellent cuisine, and exemplary service.

My husband recently attended Eiffel Tower with a group of guys for a Bachelor s trip. The events manager went all out to plan for their special dinner. The Manager had a custom menu printed for the boys complete with a 5 course meal and a special message. They described the lobster bisque as heavens gates worthy. My husband talked about the filet being so tender he could have cut it with his pinky, not to mention the house made bread. The wine selection was vast to say the least. To him, nothing will ever compare to this experience at Eiffel Tower and I can only hope I ll get to experience it one day myself. P.S. congratulations to the lovely couple who got engaged during dinner, what s an experience.

I made a brunch reservation as we wanted to watch the fountains, the view is spectacular. However when my food came I was no longer interested on what was outside because my food was sensational, the best I have tasted in Vegas, I would be willing to sit in the cupboard if needed. Needless to say, I will certainly be returning.

WOW! Amazing experience all around. This is one of those restaurants that you ll feel like the queen of the show. From the view, to the multi course meal, to the gourmet complex tastes, to the amazing wait staff... I was extremely impressed. Worth every penny.

Stopped here for drinks and superb views of the water fountains, certainly a lovely spot for special occasions and such, enjoy your time high away form it all and watching the crowds swarming below.

The dinner was exceptional, we had an amazing view and the staff were top notch! My bf forgot to wear a collared shirt and they gave him a black dress shirt to wear for dinner. No fuss, no attitude, just great customer service!

Guys, please clean out this restaurant, do some remodeling. I believe it was not done after the restaurant was open.
