4 time in 27 yrs. Same day or next day if on holiday. 2nd pump in 20 yrs.

We recently had well and pressure tank issues. My husband was able to do a quick fix, but we asked Eichelbergers come by and evaluate our system. The gentlemen that looked at our pressure tank and the 9 year old was the culprit. They recommended replacement; but because my husband is a DIY kind of guy they said it was a job he could do. They recommended the tank we would need and where to buy it. Their advice saved us money and time. As home owners we appreciate sound advice. We will recommend Eichelbergers to others.

Had to get a pump replaced and after calling a few different places, eichelbergers had the best price. Didn t take long at all. Saved us time and money! Will recommend to others!

I bought my house last year, house was built in 2008. The pressure tank installed by Eichelbergers needs replaced already. Tank started leaking due to a gouge in the tank that could have only happened during installation. Tank is installed in corner of basement and gouge is on the bottom of tank in back, no way anything else caused this other than install. Called to discuss this problem and was told tank only has 5 year warranty. This wasn t a tank failure, it was poor installation. The tank likely would have lasted much longer had it not been gouged. I wouldn t recommend this company based solely on the fact you may be replacing major components of your system within 10 years due to faulty installation. The tank alone is $500, not to mention all the plumbing work. No support or acknowledgement of the faulty installation.

They have done a lot of work for me but there always seems to problems. I've had to make personal office visits to get things done. One time one of their employees knocked over a pump and it broke and they were very reluctant to take care of it. It is also very difficult to get them to come even when you have a water emergency. Today after calling them about a concern they told me they wouldn't do work for me anymore. That doesn't concern me too much except that a problem I have may be due to their equipment and workmanship. They are very UNRELIABLE and DIFFICULT!

They did the job they were hired for, then they tried to bury their trash in my front yard. My front yard is not a garbage dump.

We had Eichelberger's come to our home yesterday to install an expansion tank. Our old tank leaked and flooded our basement. Eichelberger came out as promised, installed the new tank within hours, and charged exactly what they promised. We had another company come out and wanted to charge us hundreds more and then charge us for other work we do not need to have done...Be wary there are thieves out there.

I recently had a well drilled by Eichelbergers and it was extremely frustrating. The project manager that I was working was extremely difficult to get a hold of and did not return my phone calls in a timely manner (or sometimes didn t return them at all). After several last-minute reschedulings, they finally drilled the well, but showed up without any prior notice or communication as to when they would be here. They ignored my request to drill and hook up the well in consecutive days, so instead I had to go all weekend without running water.

*Edit: Although the company initially did not clean up the job site, they did eventually come back and remove the debris.

Eichelberger's saved my day. Was without water, had pronto plumbing come out and they wanted to charge me $4,300 for a new well pump, and $68 on top of that for just coming out and giving me a bill. Eichelberger's came out 2 hours later saying it wouldn't cost more than $900 tops for replacing the well pump. When they got there, in only 2 minutes he was able to figure out the problem was just the control box which would only cost me a total of around $400.

He was not only effectient but gave me option of how i could improve my well and ways i could even do it myself. Very honest company and i hope their business prospers

We had a service tech come out to our house to do 99$ water testing and he checked out our well ... We've lived here for 2 years and still didn't know where our well was never mind if if needed to be serviced. Our water pressure was low and Todd fixed it quickly. He was very knowledgeable... They were on time. The entire process took a little more than an hour and the amount we learned was priceless! There were no high pressure (or any pressure) sales tactics used... Just a lot of information that we needed to know. I would recommend them to anyone with a well. They were great!

Don't go there for a job!!!! They will talk about all these things they will do for you but once you start you find out there mostly lies. When you work there they expect you to be able to be a hydraulic machine moving around 800 lb drums by hand over grass and mud and then look at you like why did this take so long?

This company responds right away to your problem. They always return calls right away too. Their staff and the workers in the field are knowledgeable, polite and friendly and get right to work. They clean up all debris and take it with them. Such a rare thing to find these days! Thanks Joe, Scott, Bill & Bret ... you guys rock!

Thank you for fixing my well perfectly this last weekend

The professionalism exhibited from beginning to ending was exemplary and very much appreciated. The welcoming voice of the call center receptionist, the sensitivity of the service manager, and the courtesy and skill of the service technicians reassured me that the issue of the significant loss of water pressure to our home's water well would be addressed to our total satsatisfaction and it was.

We have used Eichelberger's services for various reasons the past 11 years at two different homes and have never been disappointed. The services rendered have always been prompt and skillfully executed at a fair price. And I have never observed anything other than a pleasing demeanor from the employees sent for repair or installation. Unhesitatingly, I would recommend Eichelbergers to anyone inquiring about the kind of services they offer.

Came and did exactly what they said at good cost. Very friendly. Well works great!!
