I've been a client of Ehrenpreis' office for 20 years, working mostly with Ralph and Jim, having a continuous O-1 for 20 years, all through their office. The people I work with are ultra-professionals who are pushing me to work harder to get more evidence in order to ensure renewal in this new immigration climate. I get that they cost more, but they actually do work to craft a compelling case where other immigration attorneys just paint by numbers. I worked with both Ralph and Jeff. Jeff is extremely patient, thorough, professional, and polite. He is extremely knowledgeable. He did a great job with my case. I have referred many friends and colleagues to Jeff and they have all had the same experience. They have been thrilled with the service Jeff and his firm provided and the outcomes of their cases. I didn't think I could have a better experience than I had with Ralph, but my experience with Jeff was beyond expectations. A friend of mine knew Jeff's father well and recommended this firm to me after the Immigration lawyer I had screwed my case up beyond repair. While Jeff and his team weren't able to undo the damage that had been done (realistically no one could have), they were honest with me about my options and I could tell from day one they knew what they were talking about and helped me move through the rest of the process smoothly. I very badly wish I had found them at the get go because I know the outcome on my case would have been very different. If I ever need an immigration firm again, they will be my top pick.

It takes hours ... days to get a response from them on questions related to my case. Some of the advices I've got from them were just slowing down the processing of our case on USCIS side. Partially due to this and due to the fact they aren't nearly as responsible as they should be (~ spend days ... weeks on what's supposed to take hours, make mistakes, + absolutely disorganized), our green card case already took one extra year -- and is still pending.

Quick update: our green card case was eventually successfully closed, and lately Ralph Ehrenpreis was doing a better job in terms of addressing the concerns -- which is why I bump up the rating to 3. But still, it was pretty far from perfect -- e.g. even when it was almost certain we need to re-do the medical exam (because 2 year validity period is expiring and there are no signs USCIS is back to our case), they advised us to wait till the official RFE from USCIS -- as a result, it took one extra month for us to follow up.

I could not have had a more positive experience. I have dealt with a lot of attorneys and wish they were all like Jeff Ehrenpreis. I met with Jeff at an initial consultation. I spoke to other lawyers who said there was no way to help me. Jeff took a lot of time with me and came up with a solution. He is smart, courteous, and very patient. After deciding to work with him and his team, I found the process to be seamless. They were great at communicating, very responsive, and the case was successful. I could not recommend this firm more. If you need help with any immigration, you should call him immediately. I wish I could leave more than 5 stars.
