This company is hit or miss. Sometimes they help you sometimes they don't. Seems like customer service is not a big importance.

Polite people, and easy to shop! Somewhat expensive tho! But great experience overall

I've been working with EFS for many months now, and I'm impressed with their response time and ease of communication. Any time I need to schedule work, Ramon is quick to coordinate and make sure it happens right the first time. EFS is my go-to for erosion control on the job site.
