I would not suggest having this firm represent you for social security issues. My beef is with David Moore not Edward Bernstein.

A friend of mine had a hearing and was denied. I read through both the medical evidence, brief their counsel wrote, and audio recording of the hearing. I am helping them appeal with the appeals council since this firm seemingly decided to give up on their client.

During the hearing the attorney didn't even ask the claimant relevant questions. I got a " I don't care vibe" from the line of questioning. Zero cross examination.

I am sure Ed Bernstein is great with auto accidents and his other target fields of law but I would avoid this office for social security claims.
