This review is in regards to your receptionist Betty. I ve dealt with her both on the phone and in person, She is quite rude! I think a company like this needs to have someone friendly and outgoing as the first contact to potential customers to deal with, as this is not Betty! I really hope you as a company do have a chat with Betty on her not so professional ways. Maybe send her on a course or two on how to interact professionally with potential customers. Due to her not so friendly attitude I will be taking my business elsewhere.
