Great developers to work with! I have worked with Sandro Raponi as well as other members of the Edisoft Support team and they are all very helpful and patient. Sandro has been providing support to my company for over 7 years now and I cannot imagine having a better working relationship. He is very knowledgeable of my company's system and he has trained others on his team of the same in case he is out of the office so we are always covered when it comes to support! Not only is Sandro great for tech support, but he explains everything so we are able to fully understand what is going on with our software. Truly, a wonderful company and partner to work with.
