Great exibition, well organised, staff helpful and friendly.
Regular amazing exhibitions are held here. As a photographer I found this place great source of inspiration.
Great space, friendly and professional staff, very interesting exhibitions
Excellent centre with interesting, good quality art exhibitions. Great location and helpful staff, particularly appreciated during the lockdown. Keep up the good work!
I just want to add that this is the ONLY major gallery in Edinburgh that has made great efforts to put up new interesting exhibitions of Scottish artists who are not yet widely known. The most recent shows of D Smith and CH Mackie are excellent examples. It's a shame about other more established galleries who either just show permanent exhibitions (NGS) or not open at all (RSA)!
This local & charitable art gallery never ceases to be a source of inspiration! One is free to wander, at no charge, to discover new & varying works of art. It's proximity to Waverly Rail Station means you can pop in for a gander before you set your sights on further destinations.
Excellent venue. Good exhibition. Good stall was super expensive and not worth it. This is meant to be about giving children the chance to learn things they might not do at school, not rip the parents of for food and drinks.
Excellent exhibition (Bright Shadows), friendly staff and well managed Covid protection etc. Rounded all off by a really enjoyable coffee and cake in Mimi's bakehouse. Highly recommend a visit when they get a chance to re-open
Wonderful exhibition. Gallery Staff extremely friendly and very well organised and obviously delighted to welcome people back to this lovely space. Such a treat to be in a Gallery again!
So good to be able to absorb some culture!! Obviously it was time slotted and distanced, with a strict one way route, but in some ways that was positive because it forced us to stop and look at some pieces we might have overlooked. Overall, it did wonders for our wellbeing and was a proper birthday treat outing in these strange times.
