I am very pleased with the service I received at the Cassia regional hospital ER. I went in with kidney stone pain Christmas night. I was taken from the waiting room, into a treatment room within 10 minutes. The pain was excruciating. I was treated very well by the staff. All of them showed compassion and sensitivity to me in my vulnerable situation. I would assume most of us do not like to go to the ER but when we are desperate for pain relief, we are fortunate to have this great hospital service, in our area. I recommend Cassia regional Hospital.

My child had an event that required me to take him...

My child had an event that required me to take him to the ER, they were very busy I think we were 3rd in line to go back. They were very quick and professional we did not have to wait at all for the nurse or physician to tend to him. There were minimal tears and they did an excellent job great facility, provider and nurses and most important excellent care for my little one.

I have been coming to the lab for a couple of year...

I have been coming to the lab for a couple of years now for regular lab work. Cris is wonderful! She is cheerful and very good at her job. She always does a great job and makes me feel comfortable. She remembers me and asks about my family!! Won t go anywhere else for lab work!

Let me state first that I strongly dislike dentist...

Let me state first that I strongly dislike dentist - doctor offices, and hospitals. However,

I have had opportunity to use the MRI Lab, same day surgery suite, and the ER (and the resultant X-ray room). At each occasion, I was blessed - privileged to have top-notch teams all three visits. From the receptionist, to the techs, to the nurses, and to the docs, they were professional, compassionate, with a very high degree of knowledge.

Everyone answered my questions, and listened to me. They made me feel like I was the most important patient they had.

I feel that my actual experience at the hospital w...

I feel that my actual experience at the hospital was fine. I just had blood work done. The staff was pleasant. Although my frustration has been with the billing, I have received a bill every month for the last 9 months, I ve paid it twice, (unknowingly) because I had so many doctors bills coming in at the time. After continuing to receive bills I finally figured out that I d paid it twice and called in to see why I was still getting billed. Customer service was poor and didn t know why I was still getting billed and also had no idea how to get the bills to stop coming. I called again after another month and getting another bill. Talked to another customer service representative, she said she would refund the amount I over paid but wasn t sure why I was still getting billed each month, she was not apologetic or polite. I will avoid this hospital from now on, mostly because I wonder how often this is happening. Hospital bills are confusing enough, and there is a lack of trust here.

I visit the hospital for my blood work the service...

I visit the hospital for my blood work the service upfront is full of some amazing ladies who are always ready to help! All I have to say is that the phlebotomists are very caring of me. I don t have anything to complain about them. We have great communication and when I have questions they are ready to help me out. My visits are always a great experience. Definitely recommend this hospital for your blood work.
