The Edgewater apartments are just okay. The facilities are decent, but nothing to write home about. The management is friendly and responsive, but can be a bit slow sometimes. Overall, it's an average place to live. 3 stars.

The only downside is that the walls are a bit thin, so you can sometimes hear your neighbors. Other than that, I'm happy with my choice.

The Edgewater apartments have been a disappointment. The maintenance team is unresponsive, and the management doesn't seem to care about the residents. The rent is overpriced for what you get. I will be moving out as soon as my lease is up.
