Edge optics is the best place to go for all your vision needs. Everyone there is so friendly but it made my day when I went in the other day and Eric greeted me by name. That is great customer service!! I will never go anywhere else to get my glasses!

Edge Optics is an amazing place! Everyone there is very professional and incredibly friendly. Dr. Pass did a great job explaining everything to me after my exam. Lanae was outstanding. She went above and beyond to make me a very happy customer today. Not only did she figure out my tricky insurance situation, she was personable and helped my find the perfect pair of glasses at a price I could actually afford. She truly helped me out and I appreciate her so much!
Edge Optics is hands down the best place in Northern Colorado to go for all of your vision needs. I worked in the optical industry for over 8 years and will only ever go see Dr. Bryant and his staff. Eye exams are top-notch, very thorough, and always accurate. The staff at Edge Optics is friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. They have a very large selection of frames from all the top eyewear brands. I can t say enough good things about this place!
Best eye doctor and service in town hands down! I had to go in multiple times because of my changing eye prescription and they worked with me. They were patient, kind, and helped me find the correct prescription.
I am moving soon, but I plan to come back to Fort Collins to Edge Optics for my yearly exam.

Edge Optics is, hands down, THE BEST place to go for your eye care needs! The staff is amazing and they go above and beyond to treat their patients with the utmost care and respect. I got new contacts but had to go back to get them re-checked. They had an appointment for me in less than 24 hours. After making a minor adjustment, I can now see better than I ever have! I didn t realize the world could be so clear! Thanks Edge, y all are awesome!
Colin and Laura made my experience first class. They were genuine, authentic, and not pushy at all. They allowed me to breathe while trying on glasses and yet were right there with an answer when I had a question. Tremendous customer service with elite choices - this place is the real deal.
There to help a friend select a frame, I was given super service by a detail-oriented employee named Eric, who hooked me up with some anti-fog drops for my own eyeglasses-along with great customer service. Oh yes, and my friend got a stylish pair of specs for a great price. :-)
I paid in full and was told it would take a little over a week to get my glasses. It has been three and half weeks. No has even called me to explain the delay. I won t be going here again!
Update: I was contacted by a manager and was told this was not normal practice. They fixed the situation quickly and obviously care about customer service!
Hands down best place for an eye exam and glasses. The staff and doctor were absolutely amazing. Everyone was friendly and professional. The store it's self was very inviting and we will be back.
