Worse service, in a sector of power 24 hours blackouts from 4 to 6 hours almost every day, they only know how to say failures of national generation, but in the parallel street there is always electricity, nobody knows anything, they can not give you a coherent explanation, they only know how to charge money month by month, parasitic company, lack of institutionality, the country has to wake up, I imagine that like me there are many tired of so much abuse. The citizen paying an expensive, deficient service and the employees only know how to complain. Not that way.

Their technicians did a "maintenance" job on my building and left half the house without power, including the refrigerator, water heater and air conditioners. They closed the fault report in a couple of hours without having fixed the problem. We are already going for 20 hours in this situation and they do not come to solve it. As usual.

Pretty bad company, Awful service from top to bottom... this company is constantly causing chaos to their costumers with weekly blackouts that they call program maintenance which we all Know is pure shenanigans... is shocking that in middle 2018 this prehistoric practices are acceptable in this society... Is impossible to advance forward if you cannot have the basic which is the electricity YOU PAY!

I have been with an accountant for 7 months, the first three months they sent me an invoice for a consumption that had accumulated and that had not been invoiced, I make the claim, it did not proceed, I went to Protecom, much worse, they paint you as if it was negligence of part of EDESUR but after all it happens that your claim does not proceed either; Now at 7 months they send you two bills for two consecutive months, and based on which one calculates your consumption ?!
