I have been with an accountant for 7 months, the first three months they sent me an invoice for a consumption that had accumulated and that had not been invoiced, I make the claim, it did not proceed, I went to Protecom, much worse, they paint you as if it was negligence of part of EDESUR but after all it happens that your claim does not proceed either; Now at 7 months they send you two bills for two consecutive months, and based on which one calculates your consumption ?! How does one already know how much to pay! What good is an accountant to me if they tell you that the accountant did not read in the first three months and now it has normalized ?! Until when will these abuses be?
