What a lovely hotel.location Lovely.it was paradise..

For a 4 * great hotel. Excellent service, 6 a la carte restaurants, cleanliness, landscaped area, daily cleaning and change of towels, great bar service during the day and also at Stone Bar ,. The opposite was the yearly Italian animation team, it was not comparable with last year, which was absolutely weak (repeating weak programs lacking promotion, ignorance of the English language mainly in the female part, the boss did not actively participate in the programs, the activity was very weak, in the evening sitting at the bar)

It is necessary to get up early to hope to have a tranal at the beach or pool for the rest ras

Pleasant place to spend your holidays for even the most demanding clients. I note that it is similar for those traveling with small children. Excellent food, friendly and helpful staff, and similarly with delegate Terezka of Hydrotour. I highly recommend and believe in the fact that you will certainly not be disappointed. Mgr. Miroslav

Everything was good, the food in the main hall was to be desired but the restaurants u could book for specific nights were all fantastic the facilities and staff were all amazing as well very friendly

Not 4 star!! Not enough sunbeds on the beach, the rule was towels are removed after one hour if left unattended on the sunbed, this never happened. Some nights you were shown to a table in the dining room, other nights you found a table yourself. Recycled food from the previous evening frequently was a feature of lunch the next day. The Russians were incredibly rude and acted like animals. I believe I have been bitten several times by bed bugs, with bites around my neck, chest and shoulders, whilst using anti mosquito chemicals directly on the skin. All inclusive is not all inclusive unless you pay to upgrade which is only made clear when you read the signs on arriving at the hotel. Good points - the clear sea, full of fishes and great for snorkeling. Friendly locals outside of the hotel. Can highly recommend Panorama Restaurant in Kalithea, well worth a visit, proper Greek taverna and hospitality. Would not use this hotel again.

The older people and families seemed to love it.
Not much of a vibe for late 20 goers.

However, we were fed and watered, had a rental company to use, it was clean, staff were good. they had late night entertainment for families. Different restaurants to book into. Part of it is on the beach so a good place to tan
It is a pebbly beach though so bring flip flops to protect feet.

Fantastic hotel with an exceptional location. Good space in the common areas. Nice that as a part of all the inclusive package you can eat at a la carte restaurants every day at no charge.

Great hotel, set by the sea, gorgeous food nice rooms you will not be disappointed

Everything was perfect until the hotel filled up with 10 teenage soccer teams. The bazaar at the restaurant and late night with a lot of noise ... Hallucinating to see this in this kind of hotel. I really do not understand what these kids were doing here.
Otherwise the rooms are very good, the staff is friendly, the quality of the buffet is satisfactory.
The services of the hotel are very good (swimming pools, children's park, games ...)
The hotel is 5 minutes from Rhodes by car. A car rental company is in the hotel.

Beautiful resort, 5 alacart restaurants all inclusive, you won't get bored with food here. Big gardens tons of sunbeds also new one. Friendly staff and excellent service if problems occur. We will come back again for an other Holliday.

It was ok. Definitely not the 4 star resort it used to be. The hotel has 3 areas; the main building, villas and the new section in the back. Our first room was in the main building which had a great view but was noisy because it was close to the beach and pool. We moved to a villa which was very quiet, but we had problems with an ant infestation and had to move again. The new section in the back looks nice but you are so far from the water the view is greatly diminished. The food with the included breakfast was good not great. With some updates this could be back to 4 stars again, but for now it is a solid 3 which the price reflects.

A place adapted to families with children. Food very good, lots of choice, clean hotel, friendly service, own beach. Not far to the city of Rhodes.

Lovely hotel for couples or families...Olympic pool, splash pool, water slide pool and bungalow area pool. Right in the beach. Good food from buffet and brilliant food from included restaurants. Friendly staff, any problems just ask and it will be sorted asap...shop staff go above and beyond. I hope to stay there again.x

Great for families, not for couples or groups though as the evenings are lame. The 'bars' aren't great, a youth club or butlins feel ! Could never get a sunbed either, alot of selfish people about that were reserving beds and not using them.

The 2 stars are for the staff, food and drinks - all very good but I wouldn't stay here again due to the bad outweighing the good.

Typical all inclusive hotel! friendly staff, but nothing for the sensitive or those looking for peace and quiet. The Russians and the English use the bar service to the maximum and their behavior is accordingly. Sleeping is almost impossible - somewhere there is always a rattle and rattle or growl and the mattresses are already pretty worn out. I could have Russian cuisine, french fries, sushi, wraps and spaghetti every day ... Unfortunately I only missed Greek food. In the scramble for the food, it was not so clearly visible that the plates, glasses and tables were not clean. The table manners of many guests were disgusting. The staff tried to keep things in order. The lifeguard scolds eagerly when a child jumps from the edge of the pool. The animation is intended by and for animators and their compatriots. Certainly not for German-speaking guests! That's not how I imagined four .
All in all, what you would expect from a cheap all inclusive ... I think I booked too expensive

The beach is very dirty and in the garbage the swimming pool is a pleasure

Spacious and comfortable room with balcony. The hotel is very nice with
sea views, very varied buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Full board option to dine every evening in Italian, Asian, mezze, grill and restaurants
one evening in the Mediterranean. Be careful to book in the restaurants at the start of the stay to have a table and to cover yourself because, apart from the Mediterranean, they are outside.
At noon brunch with very nice fried kebab on the beach terrace. Many armchairs and deckchairs to relax without being on top of each other. Ten minutes walk from the bus stop for Rhodes with a ticket at two euros each way. Possibility to rent a car at the hotel.
Very sunny weather but the wind is often present so perfect for visiting but cool for swimming.
The only downside is the late access to the rooms, i.e. 6 p.m. instead of 3 p.m.

Excellent. Mario customer service done above his duties for everyone! Girls in fish resteraunts on beech were amazing as was the food!! Beech bar two best bartenders!! Try all little resteraunts very high quality! We are returning there October with a bit of luck

Very basic would not recommend it. Too many kids. No bathroom supplies generally unkept. Dirty tables in foyer. Hospitality staff at front desk very please tell. Maid for our roo. Was nice.

Campo da calcetto paludoso (seriamente), senza righe per delimitare i fuori o reti per fermare i tiri... morale o tiri e segni o la vai a prendere 100 metri dopo, se riesci a stare in piedi e non farti male cadendo.

Ora gli aspetti positivi.

Mare spettacolare, pieno di pesci, con spiaggia non grandissima ma bella.

Piscine molto belle con terrazzoni sul mare dall'impatto visivo eccezzionale.

Camere e struttura in generale molto pulita. Personale gentile, sempre.

Ottima ristorazione, tra le migliori provate all'estero. Assolutamente consiglio di provare tutti i ristoranti a tema che la struttura mette a disposizione. Si mangia molto bene. Molto bravo anche il cuoco italiano nel ristorante principale.

Infine l'animazione: tutta italiana, non numerosissima ma svolge il suo compito egregiamente.

Really hot night and bad sleep.

Problem language not francophone ... barrier with the language in peaks he spoke good French it was super great. Here it is not their strengths it should be done internships For spoken good french.moi In any case I will return more here I will rather go to Spain more French.

Hotel superb, staff friendly and helpful. Stayed in the pool bungalows, private pool and bar, nikos, the barman, fantastic, friendly, made our stay even more memorable, kept the drinks flowing, can't praise him enough.

It is handicap friendly. With easy access to the beach. There is room for relaxation and tranquility. Large playroom with time in. The area is large so even though there are many people you have elbow room.

Lovely clean hotel, perfect location, beautiful views close to rhodes town kalithea and falarki . Hotel has amazing staff. Food is well presented fresh and cooked well . Caters for many tastes. I would reccomend this hotel to anyone to who wants an enjoyable fantastic holiday at a hotel with plenty to offer.

It was our first time here. In Rhodes as well as in this hotel. At first we were a bit shocked about Greece, but that subsided after the island tour that is offered here. For about 50 p.p. (That was our offer) once it was about the whole island. There was Lindos with the Acropolis, the Butterfly Gorge, interesting villages with tasting of their own oils as well as honey and their suma. Our tour guide was called Maria. She comes from the mainland and has lived in Rhodes for 20 years. She spoke German very well and had an answer to every question. You had to book Rhodes city extra for about 30 . So did we and like the island tour it was definitely worth it. Rhodes was booked at night. It started in the afternoon with a visit to the Acropolis in Rhodes and then to the old town / historical district. In my opinion, you should book both tours, so you can find out what happened on the island and how it has developed.
The hotel itself is a large complex, right on the ocean offering quite a bit of activities. Many nations are represented and the main language spoken is English. Food is varied and with the in-house app you can get a seat in a wide variety of restaurants. Here and there there are a few smaller "dirt corners" but let's be honest, in which hotel of this size there is not;) There are no annoying planes that land or take off and you can also enjoy your peace in the evening. Waiter and hotel staff is very nice and accommodating. We are thinking of coming back next year.

Great climate, beautiful views, sea bathing at your fingertips, swimming in two swimming pools for those willing.
Friendly service, great breakfasts with a wonderful sunrise, clean and tidy rooms. The hotel is located near the capital of Rhodes, which is an additional advantage if we want to visit.
Maybe one small minus for the location, because you should have a car to get to a hotel located far away from the main thoroughfare. However, this is not a problem because you can rent a car at the airport.
Overall impression very good.

Great hotel/resort honestly couldn't fault it, the staff were super attentive and friendly, well organised and helpful.

Love Eden roc, we have stayed here twice now and just love everything about the hotel. The food in the dining hall is varied each night and is very good and there is several Al a carte restaurants which are all excellecent, my favourite though is the mediterrean, Maristais wonderful and nothing is too much trouble,I must mention Anna in the grill who is also one of my favourites, Halil in the stone bar never stands still and is my favourite bar man. There is a children's pool, a quiet pool and an Olympic sized main pool. If I had one gripe it would be that there just isn't enough sunbeds, it's not as though it's a race to get down and reserve one as some hotels do as the hotel won't let that happen but if you don't go down to the pool in the mornings it very difficult to get a bed later on. We stay in the bungalows behind the main hotel but that's our preference as its quiet, larger than the hotel rooms and only a short walk to the hotel and pools. We intend to go back and stay at the hotel again and again, just love it

In the bungalows on the ground floor, a total mycelium, an old part of the hotel with bungalows of at most 2.5 *, new bungalows and a hotel max. 3.5 *, restaurants and bars for 4 *, Poles have "nothing" for them, air-conditioning is fungus, kids are strangled at night, generally I do not recommend the old part !!! The hotel and the new part of the bungalows are pretty cool !!!

Nice area very good food bath quite ok bungalow like that. The ac didn't work so well. And the beds are rock hard !!!

Great hotel in great location (middle of main Kallithea Village) with own private beach and beach bar etc. Food was in general very good each evening with various choices in the different themed restaurants they have (book ASAP as it usually has a waiting list of 4-5 days in advance).

My room in main hotel on Floor 1 was fine and generally very tidy.

Hotel very smart in the main but the main pool area could really do with some maintenance as some loose cracked pool tiles became a bit dangerous during my visit in August 2016. Also the condition of some o the fixed parasols became quite bad with bits of metal rings sometimes dropping off in the windy times, around the sunbeds/pool, which could have been quite dangerous if trodden on.

There's a separate kids pool area with plenty of sunbeds and another mini water park area for kids too (plus crazy golf and option of go-carting in the evening at 2 Euro a go).

Great poolside entertainment staff who undertake Aqua Gym and various watersports twice a day, every day in the main pool.

Bars are all excellent with good selections on the all inclusive although the queues at the main bar often got crazy from 9pm onwards when the main entertainment was on.

Daily boat trips to Lindos from private beach (thoroughly recommended) set in great little resort of Kallithea (visit Costas Sports Bar for a proper pint , warm hospitality with great selection of Live Sports TV's) where the cool sea breeze is sometimes a blessing in August. Faliraki is 10min drive away as is Rhodes Town in opposite direction (Hotel Amilia Mare next door has an hourly bus service for a few 11 Euros return for 2 adults and a child).

4.5 / 5 for me and compared to other places we checked for 2017, it stands up really well.

So well in fact, we've booked up again for August 2017 as we couldnt find anywhere else that we could trust 100%.

What a spectacular hotel. Nothing was too much trouble. The facilities on site were great including the welcoming massage. The grounds are full of fragrant fruit trees, oranges, limes, lemons, grapefruit and bananas. Our pool suite for the week was well equipped and extremely comfortable. It also afforded us the privacy we all needed when travelling with our teenager. Nicco the pool bar staff was always on hand and never needed prompting. It felt like we had a waiter. Will definitely go back.

Stayed here for 10 nights in June. All inclusive buffet was good,but the alternative restaurants much better.....no extra charge but have to be booked. Lunch time restaurants at the end of the beach also great. We did have a problem with the bathroom drain flooding but after complaining for 2 or 3 days we were upgraded to executive suite.
The pools looked good, but I didn't use them as prefer swimming in the sea. Plenty of sunbeds around.
The hotel next door (reached by crossing the shallow gully between the beaches) ran an express bus service into Rhodes old town about every hour. Very good service. They also have a tourist 'train' which we used to go to Kallithea Springs...can recommend highly.
Enjoyed our holiday very much.

April in Rhodes ... for the Knights' football tournament ... in a very good hotel !!!!!

Nice, clean, renovated hotel with 2 salt water pools (1st Olympic, 2nd children's), three smaller children's toboggans, several bars and a nice smaller beach with gradual entry into the sea with free parasols and sun loungers. The beach is pebble. There was a good selection of food and drinks, friendly and helpful staff. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi included in the room price without extra charge. The standard room has a small bathroom with a truly mini shower. Despite this, we were very satisfied and I can recommend the hotel.

The hotel is good, food as everyone writes True at the height! BUT! At the beginning of the rest, the maid in the room, when she changed the bed, took my white T-shirt with the white linen. All anything, but the staff can not find it! I would say refuses to do something! Tomorrow to fly away, but T-shirts are not (like a trifle, but not very nice! The girl at the reception spoke with such a person, like, leave me alone, I have the end of the working day, I ve all got tired!

Nice hotel but in my view the buffet restaurant let's it down.

Very good hotel. Great for all the family. Lovely staff and food. Very good accommodation in the bungalows with sea views. Great 15minute free massage for every guest. It's get early in the session 1st week open and not all of the hotel is functional such as the water sports. Only other complaint is that the hotel is in a state of repair, this sounds bad but don't be put off as it's still lovely. Tenis court, crazy golf, water slides and great beach front (all be it a bit stoney). I would stay here again. Made even better by hiring a car from the airport, so no transfer fee. We hire for all week and it cost less do do this than get a coach transfer for everyone. And therefore we had the car to get out and about. Lovely holiday

Nice pools and nice enough common areas, but the rooms and especially the bathrooms are poor, more befitting a 3 star than a 4 star hotel. The food is terrible, and if you don't get all inclusive there's absolutely nothing you can buy to eat outside main meal hours. There are cockroaches on the grounds, and at night they can be seen swimming in the pools.

A good hotel for the holidays. Facilities within the limits of common sense.
Acceptable service, I can't say anything but they didn't impress me either.
Beach towels can only be changed at 9:00.

Lovely family retreat with plenty to see and do didn't have a bad day the whole time I was there and my daughter had a wonderful time and wants to know when we are going back
