Eden housing is horrible bad management all around..I'm getting ready to move forward with legal actions.

My wife and I were going to move in to one of their apartment projects, but after several months of terrible incompetent mishanding of our application on their part, we decided to just cancel. Other people we talked to felt the same.

a family member works there and the quality of the workers are really good they work togather very well.

I would like because I live with my parents and Mrs. Rebeca never manayer it is found in his office is a very special person leaves the office open one but not to go when she wants

If you don't have to live at one of their properties, don't. If you have to, try to get out as quickly as possible.

Need maintence and janitorial maintenance schedules for each area...such as floors garbage rooms windows in room fire alarms landscapes.I feel like staff just gives up and quits .I love where I live and I enjoy most of the tenents.There are clients who need social workers and case management but are without these services.Some do not have the mental faculties to follow through to find services.Due to the previous condition they tend to suffer needlessly.I feel Eden housing is a fabulous company but like many others tbere is always room for improvement.I wish them all the best.I am very grateful to live here.Eden has kept me from being homeless.Thank you Eden Housing..God Bless you all.

Bored and unenthusiastic leadership when I interviewed there

Just interviewed for a basic compliance position with a recruiter over the phone. I have a corporate compliance background from Big 4 firms. The recruiter had zero clue. She was just reading off acronyms from a recruiting sheet with a flashing neon vacancy sign on her forehead.

they never answer the phone during business hours no matter which time you call

I have received assistance due to being stalked and assaulted my landlord gave me an in unit transfer

The works are very friendly. Maja who I dealt with the most very nice and helpful. They offered me a job and I took it. Right before I was going to start I was at an assignment for my temp agency. The property offered me a job with them and it was a higher position. When I told Maja I was taking the other position she was bummed but, she wished me luck. Eden Housing would have been an excellent company to work for.
