Often wrong prices. Been overcharged 3 times the last couple of weeks. Fruit sold @1.5kg 2.99 only had 1.1kg. Pointed out and cashier knew about the problem. She asked me to top it up to 1.5kg. The punnet was not big enough for that weight.?? Meat advertised at 1.29 per kg, was charged 1.59 . The different in the quantity I bought 3 . 2 examples. Another one was Corn Meal, 1.79 , sold at 1.99 .Either someone is not doing their job programming the system, making mistakes in displaying their goods or?? The person on the meat counter told me that because I was a nice person she would charge me the lower, correct amount. I'm glad I didn't have to have a problem with anyone. PFAND MACHINE not working properly. It takes ages for someone to come, and then they are annoyed. MINERALWATER price increase since last week 13%. What happened to inflation? Gone mad? Generally some of the staff could be friendlier. There are however a couple of them which are a cut above the rest. HUGE CUES. Don't be surprised to have to cue, at times, 20 min. The till and payment systems are outdate, even though the shop is new. I've noticed today at Wittenbergplatz that a more modern till/cueing system has been installed.

Much more expensive than anywhere else and the staff is very unmotivated. Understandable at the times, but is also the only reason for a 3 star rating. Every time here because the opening times fit so well.

Very nice and well arranged (even better than earlier in the Kaiser's). Large selection of products, open around the clock (Closed Sun.). Very nice staff. In the morning (between 8 and 9 o'clock) sometimes longer queues at the cash register.

Thanks to 24-hour operation in this area almost no alternative. Funny, that just the alcohol supply is rather average. During the day long queues at the cash register, I can personally say nothing negative about the staff. Anyway, more often, conversely many a "customer" an impertinence for the staff.

In the morning you don't have to go into the branch, the fruit and vegetable shelves are empty until noon. At the back stand, sandwiches are only available for men, if at all in the morning, huge and double rolls with schnitzel, etc.

Deposit machine was filthy and smelled extremely. Long queues in front of the cash registers. Of the 8 cash registers, 4 are open, some of them unfriendly staff! Often it's not fun to shop there.

This has just become a shopping market for a very special audience It used to be different Everybody went shopping for the fast from work Now the prices are frightening one Many a loyal customer will have lost you But today it does not matter as long as the cash register is right

Very poorly organized Edeka.Viele articles such as water are then for days not to get, then there are shopping cart on queue again. Opening hours are long: Mon-Sat 11:30 pm. Wait for bottle return mostly waiting time. many brands disappear more and more in favor of private labels. An overview of what is in the range, just sold out or still in the basement has obviously none.

Decent Kaiser's. Has a good selection of things, including bottle recycling, deli counter and bakery. Not the cheapest so perhaps better to go to Lidl for a big shop but great for smaller size purchases. Good booze selection

I was in Edeka at Nollendorfplatz around 12.30pm today. When I paid, my whipped cream mug accidentally leaked. The employee (when you go in the shop, the left cash register, second last) was a bit annoyed and she didn't even offer me a ZEWA ... Sad ... Sad ...

So first of all .. I've been shopping there for years before or after work! After the renovation, it is unfortunately even narrower ... than it was before! But what the sellers have to be offered there is really incredible! In the bread and baking area in particular, cleanliness is always taken into account and I always find it very attractive and fresh! Above all, it always smells so delicious when you walk through the shop! If the seller asks you to use a glove or a pair of pliers, she will still be mobbed and insulted !! And woe to the deposit machine is full and not an employee is at your feet within 3 seconds?! The sellers today, can only be sorry !! Apparently there are only arrogant, ignorant armchairs who have zero respect for others! I like the shop! Point !!

Corona hotspot !!!! Beware, if you want to make the pandemic worse, you should shop here! The staff recently refused to wear mouth and nose covers! When asked, you get a sloppy answer. Fits the filthy overall impression of the branch ...

Corona check on 08/14/2020 No hand disinfectant at the entrance. Many employees do not wear masks, including the service staff who are in direct contact with customers and who are not behind plexiglass. Background: In other cities (Frankfurt, Sydney, ...) I have a better experience. Also at Bauhaus and IKEA, for example, more attention is paid to protecting customers. Since Edeka has a higher customer flow in a confined space, this is very worrying. I don't come back to shopping. Out of respect for the people, no photos of employees (without mask) were published.

It's funny that Edeka named the branch after a river that never existed: "EDEKA on the Nolle" . A little research by the management would have revealed that the Nollendorfplatz was named after Friedrich von Kleist, who got the nickname "von Nollendorf 'after winning a battle at Nollendorf in 1813. This error indicates just called quickly without thought. But .... mistakes can be corrected .
