When at some point I slowly got impatient because I was constantly being misunderstood and we did not come to a satisfactory result, which also caused me to run into time difficulties, some called me impolite, and finally they also stated that the topic must be extremely important to ME because I would talk about it so much. : -o Without her I wouldn't have thought about it at all, just devoted myself to my daily routine ... So, I had to get rid of that. Now all customers have fun with further purchases. :-)

After the market was completely renovated and rebuilt after the takeover, a much larger, beautifully furnished shop shone in the same area. Suddenly shopping was fun, but since this year at the latest, the store has been changing for the worse from day to day. Just because there is no competition, I still shop there. The cash registers, almost no matter what time, are a nuisance: only partially occupied with waiting times of 30 minutes. The store is increasingly being delivered with an additional display, goods can be seen unpacked in the aisles and in front of shelves, shopping carts with cardboard boxes obstruct the way. Especially in Corona times it is so narrow in the shop that you cannot pass or get too close to others in a blocked aisle. Distance rules can no longer be adhered to here. And storage has not only been a catastrophe since Corona: Products are missing for days, sometimes for weeks, and that with what is said to be such great logistics. When it opened, I would have given it a grade of 1, today it's a grade of 5 to 6. What you state as corporate goals on your homepage, I cannot see at this Edeka store.
An Edeka? A gem!
This is one of the few Edeka markets where I would call shopping an experience. The atmosphere is absolutely unique. The interior makes a high-quality impression and it is clean and tidy. Why is it worth mentioning? In Berlin this is the extreme exception. An extremely friendly man from security is already waiting at the entrance, more like a cupboard that bans all mask refusers and junkies from the shop, so to speak, so that the other customers can continue their shopping undisturbed. Inside someone has realized himself passionately and with a love of detail in every form. Sometimes there is a small cart in front of the cheese counter, sometimes you have a showcase with exclusive spirits at the checkout area. But it is important to mention that nothing just stands there or is stored. The goods are not on display, they are presented. Nothing in this store seems to have happened by accident. Express checkouts ensure fast processing and there is nothing wrong with the range. Thank you, Edeka. Anyone who has been here once will never visit a Penny or Netto again. If so, he'll burst into tears at the entrance.

The staff is responsive, friendly and fresh herbs as well as meat and cheese counter is also available. I find the conversion at the cash desks successful, because many customers get something on hand and thus the waiting times are shortened. A big thank you to the people who work here despite the hectic pace and who are mostly friendly and smiling.

I hage no intention to steal their precious goodies and still i have noticed them looking literaly my fingers what they are doing, never in my life seen it before. I got confirmed twice when other customers told them exactly thins. Loudly and exaggerative but i so much felt them.

Ps, I once had apple glass dropped down the poor cashier came here and made that clean wanted to help her around the clock but she said everything well you go quietly at the checkout. Real without words super great I like to come back but no glass is broken :)
