Probably the worst company I've ever dealt with. I would not recommend them at all! In fact, avoid at all costs!
We moved into a supposedly newly refurbished apartment. However a week after we moved in they had workmen round to "finish off painting the ceiling". This was a lie. They were patching up a shoddily built ceiling in which cheap materials were poorly used and were not fit for purpose.
We moved in with half the lights out, heaters not working, window seals damaged letting in draughts constantly, and not to mention the 1 hour late attendance of the letting agent the day we first viewed the place!
Having reported the issues above in Feb when we moved in, it is now December and none of these issues were ever sorted despite numerous attempts.
We also had a ceiling that flooded during the recent bad weather, and came through the lights and down to all the main electrics in the room. This was the front room and the main living area. They spent 4 weeks putting us off (When we finally got through to them, which let me tell you, it's easier to walk up Mt. Everest blindfolded). They told us it was fixed. The same week, more bad rain, more leaking. We got the concierge to come out the next day (Sunday morning - he's about the only half decent thing about the place sometimes) and he managed to put his fingers straight through the plaster in the ceiling displaying its poor quality. He also found the water had been in contact with the electrics and the lights had melted into the main power in the ceiling, which is literally a danger to life.
Add to that them telling us to turn off all electrics in the room, so lights, heater, entertainment etc over the wet weekend until they'd fix it, was not impressed at all. Least of all when I have a 7 month pregnant girlfriend living in a home like that.
We have told them to stuff their renewal and cannot wait to leave.
Avoid at all costs
