As a former employee avoid working with sandy sign up for different departments when you apply this woman makes the work environment difficult and hostile and comfortable to be in I suggest working sorting or down stairs packing not up stairs and if you opt to do so may God be with you

Absolutely horrible ever since they teamed up with Focus workforce management. I've worked there for approximately 5 weeks I never been late or absent and was the hardest working associate in my division and was fired for allegedly clocking different individuals in and out LOL but I knew no one there to even do so. Wouldn't tell me who I supposedly was clocking in and out and refused to show me the video surveillance of me doing so smh!!!
Purchased 2 pairs of the same shorts (in 2 different colors) on 3-16-2020. Received the items on 3-23-2020. Too tight, therefore returned both. Printed the return label from their website and hand-delivered the package to local PO (3-24-2020). Tracking shows the item picked up by Fed Ex on 3-25-2020. Today is 4-22-2020. No communication from EB about the return being processed and no refund. Impossible to call or use chat feature, so, I sent three emails (on 3 dates) via the Contact Us page. Their response is a generic "give us time" message. Nothing specific about my particular return. I can't be the only customer with this experience.
Eddie Bauer send via FedEx and postal service, which have been extremely frustrating and lost multiple packages! I will not purchase any more Eddie Bauer products!
