We are almost permanent residents of Majestic Beach! We have been here for two years. We love our beach service! Jordan is 100%! He is here EVERY morning on time... cleaning the beach and raking it getting ready for the day! He has the chairs set up early. He is very attentive making sure we have shade and he s friendly and is here EVERY day! We rate his service outstanding! We also appreciate the height of our lounge chairs, very easy to get in and of. We see the difference from other chairs and service up and down the beach. Thank you for great service!!

Ed's beach service has been around forever,he has chairs behind lots of hotels.EBS has some very friendly people who work for him who are always helpful.we have for 22 years used his beach service while visiting pcb.

Great service, very nice people. Kyle and his partner are out there every morning and every evening putting up and taking down our chairs and umbrellas. We watched them do that in nice sunny mornings and torrential down pours. We are very happy with their service and really appreciate all they do for us.

If I could I would give zero stars. Absolutely horrible customer service. When they say your beach chairs are available from 8am to 5pm. They really mean 8:30am to 4pm and they take away your chair coverings and umbrella so they can get out of there and close shop.
This is beyond rude and unacceptable behavior for a "professional beach service company". I will never use this company again nor recommend it to anyone ever.

WHAT A JOKE! We stayed at the Majestic in PCB and were reserved chairs for our week long stay. About 3 days in we came down to the beach and our chairs were taken. The people in our chairs were told to sit there by the rental staff because they did not want to put all of the cushions out. I waited to speak with someone for about 20 minutes before calling Eds Beach Service. The man who answered the phone said he would not come down to take care of the issue but would call someone else..... GREAT SERVICE (shaking my head). After waiting another 10 mins and watching other getting tired of waiting and leaving as well, we took I'm sure what was someone else's reserved chairs. Instead of creating mass confusuon, they could at least put signs out telling people to grab any available chairs. Definitely do not recommend for beach chair services or customer service!

Staying at edgewater and paid for beachchairs for 7 days. Day 1 was great, woman with beautiful accent signed me up, tagged my chairs and checked on us all day. Day 2, chairs were set up and not tagged. Our chairs got taken by people. I asked her to please tag my chairs, the lady the first day told me she trained her people to do this. They are not doing it and day 3. Chairs were stolen again. Gets better, today is day 4 she doesn't set up my chairs and disappears from the beach. I called beachservice, given the owners sons cell number. NO ANSWER NO RETURN CALL. It took me 3 walks to the beachurch to finally get my chairs set up. I've never had such bad service. This girl running this down here is awful, and disappears completely. I've never had problems like this before. I have a bad back and rely on this service for my vacations.

Unprofessional and disrespectful employees! Spoke to multiple people at our condo who have had more than 1 complaint about this employee, spoke to the owner who called me a liar.
