I had my 2016 HRV towed in due to a coolant leak. Steve and all the associates I talked to were very considerate of my situation and very professional in their performance. I really appreciate that I was from out of town and they got right to my problem and on my way. Excellent facility!!

There wasn't a question he couldn't answer. Even set up all my radio stations. I'll come back to this location all the time.

DJ did an excellent job recommending services that...

DJ did an excellent job recommending services that were actually needed and explained which services were not due yet. I came in for an oil change and brake service. He advised the brakes still had plenty of life left and advised possible causes and steps they took to minimize the sounds I was hearing.

Buy a car here...watch your Ps and Qs...they tried...

Buy a car here...watch your Ps and Qs...they tried to charge me the $599 processing/shipping fee, even though their website clearly states that this fee is include in the stated price. (Bought a new CRV back in early 2017).

Service on new CRV...first oil change and brake fluid flush (my request)...they left a cover off the cowl near the reservoir. Got a free oil change because of this. Second oil change AND tire rotation...they are suppose to reset/recal the TPMS...they didn't. On the way home, TPMS light came on...had to reset/recal myself.

I bought my Honda Accord from Economy Honda about a year and half ago and continue to bring it here for service. Every experience has been pleasant, and the staff has been friendly and accommodating. I have had multiple oil changes and recently had a tire patched when I had a nail stuck in it. They service department handled communication with the tire & wheel warranty company and I didn't have to pay a dime. It's been a great experience so far.

Their prices are not good. I was able to get the van I wanted at Honda of Cleveland for much less. Also, I needed to get an oil change done at Economy and spent the entire morning there. When I had to have a part replaced, they refused to tell me how long it would take or give me an apt. They kept saying it will probably be just a couple minutes. When I arrived to have the part replaced, I was told to expect an hour wait. I ended up spending my entire morning there again. This time I had my one year old and there is nowhere to entertain a child. There is a section of smaller seating labeled kid s place, but that is it. I hate Economy Honda and will never go back. I will make the 45 minute drive to Honda of Cleveland from now on.

As usual excellent service from the service team at Economy Honda, dropped of my car and was given an lift to work and picked up later that afternoon. They always call if something unexpected arises and discuss what options you have. This time the call was just to inform me that the service was complete with no problem arising from their inspections.

It was great. I appreciated getting a text letting me know that I could check on the progress while I waited. When I learned that the repair would take some time I was offered a ride to go get lunch if I got hungry. I was kept informed and it didn't take quite as long as I had been told. "Under promised and over delivered". That is what good service looks like.

I ll start off by saying that my salesman was Kyle...

I ll start off by saying that my salesman was Kyle and he is an outstanding asset to the team at economy Honda. Kyle took phenomenal care of me and made sure the process was as easy as possible for me. That being said, the finance manager I worked with was named Dustin I believe. I agreed on a price for my car with Kyle and came after work Friday to buy the car and when I got there I sat down with Dustin to sign paperwork. I was flipping through the papers and found the paper with pricing for the deal and I made sure to not sign anything before making sure it was right due to it being my first time working with economy Honda and I believe trust needs to be established before someone takes a salesman s word for something. I noticed my total was almost $2,000 more than what we agreed on and started to look at the paperwork and saw a fidelity extended warranty on the contract. I told Dustin when I sat down that I was not there to waste his time and that i did not want an extended warranty at this time. That being said, when I told him that extended warranty should not have been on the contract because nobody consulted with me about it or even mentioned it, he repeatedly tried to justify it being on there saying needed it and it would be dumb not to buy it. I understand that he makes commission off of the sale, I work in the car industry myself, but i repeatedly told him I just wanted it taken off to the point of him getting angry about it which, in turn, resulted in me getting frustrated as well. Finally, after him trying to hard sell it at least 8 times I stood up and told him I would be back in the morning and if he didn t fix it I would not be buying the car and I left. I don t believe that your dealership should risk losing a sale over the finance department s issues. I will most likely not be buying another car from economy Honda unless these kind of issues are resolved. I hate to be this customer but I can only imagine other customers are having the same issues as well.

I would like to say that Eric McKenzie and all the staff were wonderful. You all treated me with great respect. Mr. McKenzie was with me from the beginning until the end. Mr. McKenzie also made sure I understood everything that was going on.
Everyone @ Economy Honda were very very welcoming. Thanks again for all your help. I'm loving my new car.

Way too difficult to set up an appointment or reschedule it. Don't even bother calling in case you have a hectic schedule. You'll get put on hold until you can leave a message that no one ever gets back to. So irritating.

Excellent communication with the service advisor Stephen . Only issue I had was having to return after an oil change due to a leak. The leak was due to not cleaning the frame off after replacing the filter and causing a drip to appear to be coming from the drain plug. Thanks for taking care of the problem.

I shopped around for a car here a few months back. Sales employees and the manager were all friendly and helpful. The reason for the one star deduction: hidden costs. Whatever price they quote you on a car, add an extra $1000 to that figure before taxes, because they charge you for some bogus upholstery protector and other additions that are already installed on every single car on the lot that can't be removed. When you're shopping around, take this into account, because they won't tell you this until you actually show up to the dealership.

I had a great experience getting my oil changed at Economy Honda Superstore. In the past, technicians have tried to sell me on many "fixes" that I did not actually need. However, Retchie Lopez was very genuine and honest, and I felt like he took great care of me. He understood my needs. Ask for Retchie when you go to get your oil changed!

There was an airbag recall on my vehicle and when I went to get it fixed my initial impressions were good, people were friendly and helpful. I opted to wait there while the repairs were being done. When the repairs were finished I received a call (voicemail) telling me my car was ready but no details on were to go to get it or anything. I went to a desk which happened to be the correct place to sign the papers to get my car and leave. He told me to step outside and someone would get my car. I stepped outside but it took at least 8 minutes (probably more like 10) before anyone walked over to help me which would be an issue except I saw multiple look at me see i was waiting for help and then just turn away and they didn't appear to be doing anything. If you arent a runner and you see someone needing their car id think at the very least you could yell for someone to come and help. When i got the vehicle homeI discovered they did not reassemble my steering wheel correctly because all the controls in the steering wheel don't work. So now i have to get a sitter again get off work and drive way out their again to get it fixed.

I'll start by saying this was by far the worst car buying experience I have ever had. I have been looking for a specific car for sometime. I finally found the car on Economy Hondas website. I contacted Kara in esales as soon as the dealership opened. I asked about the condition of the car and if it was available. I live two hours away and would have to take a day off of work so I wanted to make sure everything was in good condition before I drove out. Kara reported that the cars notes said it was in good shape. I asked if she could take a look at it and let me know of any major damage if there was any. She said she would be happy too. Soon after I received a call saying she had walked down and checked it out and everything was perfect. She also said she would keep an eye on the car and let me know if it was sold before I could get there. So I drove the two hours to the dealership. Once I arrived I was greeted nicely by Harold Blackstock. He and I went out to look the car over and test drive it. Imagine my surprise when we couldn't find it. It turns out it had a problem and needed work done. But things get interesting here. It turns out that the car had been at another dealership for three weeks awaiting repairs. So it's impossible that Kara could have checked the car over. I was upset at this point but willing to hear an explanation . So Harold and I go back to talk to Robert Graham the sales manager. From the moment Robert came out he was arrogant and unapologetic. He even seem to try to be intimidating. In the end he basically said tough luck and that if I didn't buy it he wasn't worried. He defended Kara saying she looked at a different car. Even though they were two different models and one black and the other was white. His only suggestion was I put down a non refundable deposit on a non running car to hold it until it was fixed. Harold was great but everyone else in this placed lied to me and treated me like trash. After all of this the manager did not even apologize. I would never consider going back to this place. The staff is so unprofessional and arrogant. Avoid this place at all cost.

Our only negative comment is that from the beginning we said we were not interested in the extended warranty, yet it was mentioned several times, without any pressure to accept it, even though we said we were not interested.

I've never seen a cleaner facility. I was handled immediately, when I arrived. A concern of mine was quickly taken away. The concern was that my car may be held for more than a day. In Atlanta, which is where I'm from, Honda Carland always gave me a loaner, anytime I had to drop my car off. From what I was told, this was not Economy Honda's practice. But...they put me in a rental with Enterprise and paid for it. That was almost as good. Just wasn't a brand new Honda with that new car smell. "-) The representative kept me abreast of what was being done to my car and assured me he would call me when it was ready. Very friendly and professional. In fact, everyone that I dealt with there was that way. Great experience!

I waited inside the service bay at least 15 minutes before I was even acknowledged. I had an appointment at 8:00 am to get my 30,000 mile maintenance completed. I know they were busy but after waiting 2 hours and no one coming to update me, I asked some random employee if he could find out about my car. At 10:30 someone came and told me there was a problem with my brakes and would I like to have them fixed. I was assured I would only have to wait another 30 minutes, tops! Somewhere around 12:00 - 12:30 I got word my car was complete. I was already highly irritated when I went to pay the bill. The service attendant came up to me and asked me to give him all 10 s if they called to see how the service was. Are you kidding me. I was there almost 5 hours and you want me to give all tens? Really? This was the worst service I have ever had. I m looking into other Honda dealers for future service.

I bought my car from Economy Honda, and have been using them for routine service for the past 4 years religiously. I have always had great experiences, until my last experience a few weeks ago.

I got an oil change, new transmission fluid, and a tire rotation, which in total cost just under $200. I dropped the car off and kept busy in the area for a few hours while they worked on my car.

A few days after I got home, I noticed that my car was leaking oil. I now had oil marks in my garage, on my driveway, and on my inlaw's driveway to clean up. I called Honda a bit upset, and they asked me to bring the car back.

When I brought the car to Honda, they were very nice, and said that they left the oil plug partially open and oil had leaking all over my engine. They cleaned the engine and fixed their mistake. I understand that everyone makes mistakes, but this mistake cost me an extra 2 hours of my time. I was frustrated because it literally wasted my whole morning. I thought that maybe after wasting 2 hours of my life plus the time that it takes to clean off the three oil marks, that maybe Honda would have offered me a free oil change next time or possibly a discount.... But no... Nothing. When I got home I returned the phone call from Honda asking about my recent service visit and left a message asking someone to please call me back. I never heard back.

Like I said, I've always had good experiences, and everyone was very nice to me, but I don't know that I would go back to the dealerships for service and pay more for an oil change after this specific experience.

We were looking at a 2019 Pilot from another dealership when I saw Economy Honda s 2021 for a few thousand more. I called, talked to (Katherine?) first then dealt with Jared, the sales manager. He worked through my scenario and gave me a very fair price on my trade, and the posted price on Autotrader ended up being the actual price (although there was one rebate I had to be eligible for; I ended up being eligible). We ended up getting a brand new one at a lower payment than the used 2019 Pilot with 15,000 miles! (Same trim level, same everything, 0.9% financing instead of 3-5% on used). My wife went the next day, from out of state, and everything was exactly as they advertised. Easy to work with, straightforward, even offering my wife to look at other models and swap if she wanted. We trade every couple of years, we ll definitely be back to check them out. Great job!

They went ahead and did my oil change, even though it caused them to stay past closing. As always, the service department was awesome, I highly recommend them.
