Very professional and enjoyable experience. Sales staff met me right away and after a short conversation about my vehicle purchase requirements set about to bring up a vehicle for me to look over, test drive and ask questions. Sales staff were knowledgeable and didn t guess. If a question couldn t be answered straightaway, the item was researched and a prompt response provided.

Unable to get a valid response when requesting pricing and availability for the vehicle I'm looking for. Instead, Heather Shadoin gave the typical sales person run tactics of wanting my phone number and even mailing address rather than focusing and answering the question. There are three other dealerships that have responded correctly so I know a valid answer to my question is possible. After a month I finally gave up with this dealership.

UPDATE: Denny the service manager looked at my Pil...

UPDATE: Denny the service manager looked at my Pilot yesterday and this morning comparing it against another identical model. They concluded that mine is working as designed. All their testing was done with the vehicle climate controls NOT in AUTO mode. AUTO mode works fine on my other Honda, but not in this Pilot. I guess I will have to live with the way this car works. If it finally breaks I hope it is before my extended warranty expires. At least this time the service department took an honest look at the car, and it was not passed off to the used car manager.

I don t have any issues with the service department at this time. I would rate them five stars. Based on my conversation with Brad the used car manager the first time they looked at it and what Denny told me, I can only conclude that this Brad is a liar. I will buy my next car somewhere else.



I have bought multiple vehicles here but the Pilot we bought last week will likely be the last from this place. Love the car but a couple days after we bought it found the auto feature on the climate control was not working as expected. Called the service department and they said to bring it in and they would look at it. According to the GPS tracker they installed it was driven twice since it was dropped off. Before lunch I get a call from a used car manager saying it was working properly and I need to make sure the ac is off to get the heat to work properly. What the ???? The auto feature turns off the ac switch. According to service and Honda Customer support, the auto feature is supposed to properly control the temperature at the number you set it at. Mine is not. Yet I get a call back from a used car manager and not service saying nothing is wrong?? After that phone call no one would talk to me about my car or return messages. My wife hid to go pick it up, still not working properly. And a different used car manage had her key fob. Not a good experience.

I don t by my parts from there anymore because I can get them from a dealer up north cheaper even after shipping.

Was told my new 2020 Civic Honda Care warranty would cover all maintenance cost for 48k. But it only includes oil changes and potential road hazards. Quite dissatisfied, it appears only the next level up Seninel Plus has all inclusive maint. Sad. On the pricing it states warranty, only after purchase was it more clear.

When I called to make my appointment I spoke to a very helpful young man named Jordon. From the minute I pulled into the Honda garage everyone was friendly and helpful. I have bought several Hondas. My first one was a Honda Civic in 2005 and I've traded in about every 1 1/2 to 2 years since then. I have bought all of them from Economy Honda in Chattanooga and I have always received excellent service. My most recent experience was when I bought my Honda Odyssey, the guy that did all the paper work in finace was Josh Bowers and he was great! He managed to get the price and payment right where I could afford them and, better yet, right where I wanted them! I always refer friends and family to Economy Honda if they are in need of a car!

Steve Howard has done an outstanding job making sure my vehicle as well as my wife s vehicle is taken care of in a fast and orderly fashion. Economy Honda also has a wonderful new building in which they keep in top notch condition! I want to personally thank Steve and the service mangers for taking care of us and keeping us safe during this time of the pandemic!

We have had all of our Honda vehicles services at this location for several years. We have always received excellent service!. Recently my daughter had to have her car serviced at a different location because she is away at college. However, the initial diagnostics showed a sensor needs to be replaced; it was, but the "problem light" came on again within 24 hours. She brought the car home and we took it to Economy Honda, they reviewed the work history, ran diagnostics and reprogrammed the sensor. This apparently had not taken place at the other location. I usually ask them to do a thorough inspection and check for any upcoming maintenance when my kids are home from college. They don't recommend service that is not indicated, they take care of routine maintenance and any recall issues we encounter and I feel confident in their work.

We are very happy with the service at Economy Honda. At first, we had difficulty getting the right person to listen about the problem we were having with the tires. Finally, we dropped by to talk with someone and spoke to Matt, the service manager. He was responsible for Honda going the extra mile to make things right and make us happy. Also, Elizabeth, the service tech that greeted us upon arrival followed through with getting the service completed. Many thanks to these two individuals. We will recommend Honda to our friends.

The services provided by Economy Honda Superstore of Chattanooga is ALWAYS PHENOMENAL! Christopher Holley, the service advisor, in particular displayed excellent customer service. He provided me with a detailed summary of services needed for my car. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and was not pushy. He didn't mind taking the time out to explain why certain maintenance was necessary. I sensed that he wasn't just trying to make a sell. He sincerely wanted the best for me and the maintenance of my car. It's rare for a single woman getting services for her car to feel as though she won't be cheated or taken advantage of. I on the other hand felt as though I would be taken care of, that my car would receive great care, and that I was in control! Thank you Economy Honda! I look forward to more services with you!

if you buy a honda don't go this place,the salesman jonathan was great, But after drive the car for 2 days i discover some noises in the car i have a 2013 crv , i took the car to the dealer to check this things after 3 hours the service manager told me that its UNDER INVESTIGATION , and after that he told me that its normal for this cars, thats a LIE we had an other one that we trade in for this one and it was fine , i have 2 friends with same vehicle same year different problems ,the tooktheyre cars and same story " ITS NORMAL,". what its normal is that this cars have some problems and if they can't fix them they say ITS NORMAL. definitely my last honda in this place. by the way i have a 2013 cdv fully loaded with 12k miles CERTIFIED, with a lots of warranty, but i CANT USE THAT WARRANTY. I'm not happy at all

I love this place! Since I first moved to Chattanooga, I have brought my CRV (his name is Howard) to you. From that first visit, the service is phenomenal! I now live three hours away and it's still worth the trip! Matt and Steve treat us like family. I trust how they treat Howard 175,000 miles and counting...
As of yesterday, Howard has 192,000 miles and is looking and feeling great after spending the day with Steve. They did an overall checkup and tweaked a few things and put him thru detailing. He looks like a brand new vehicle and still runs like a champ.

The Economy Honda Superstore in Chattanooga, TN, is beyond awesome. I've had both minor and major services done to my 2013 Honda Civic and they have always come through with top notch performance. From Oil Changes and Alignments to Radio repair and
Part replacements, they have served me right every time. And for a fair price too. The service is great. The lobby is excellent, filled with snacks and entertainment as you wait. And I can't forget to mention the car wash at the end. It's like riding off the lot in a brand new car.

My wife and I have bought three cars now from Economy Honda. This time around we did not start the process off very well. However, after talking it over with the management team they took our issues and concerns seriously and worked hard to make sure that they were corrected and that we were 100% satisfied. They were honest, upfront, and did what they said they were going to do. I truly appreciate a company that takes customer satisfaction seriously and does more than make it a catch phrase used without meaning. Thank you Alfonso for everything you did for us. When the time comes we will be back for number 4.

They generally offer good service for the quick lube but forget about repair service. I was pretty much told that they didn t have time to look at my car. I found another mechanic so we are good on that. I have bought several vehicles from this dealership and the salespeople are great. This last time though, I made it to the office to sign papers with another gentleman and almost walked out of the deal. He was very pushy with the extended warranty and made me feel like I was buying a piece of junk that would break down all the time. One more sentence away from walking out and said I had to use the restroom real quick to reassure myself that this is a good car and that it s just his job to make every penny... Whew, I didn t cave and bought the car anyway.

My husband was having my CRV serviced , a 2019 model that was simply a bigger car than I was comfortable with. He talked to Chris Hardaway, salesman, and the two of them brought a 2020 HRV to our house. We took it for a drive and I immediately fell in love with it. That very day, we traded and I'm so thankful for Chris's help. He explained everything about the car to us and offered that we could call him with any questions. I went there to get an ignition problem fixed. This issue had been plaguing me for 2+ years and everyplace (Firestone, other honda dealerships) I took my car to replied with a "there is nothing wrong - no computer codes and we can't replicate the problem".
Same initial diagnosis here, but my service tech Jordan listened to my request to change the ignition switch. Problem fixed and runs as good as new. I'm thankful that the service techs here go the extra mile to listen to the customer.

Don't buy here. They lie. Went to buy a car on their advertisement. The ad clearly said the $599.50 document prep. fee was included in the price. Drove two hours to buy the car only to be informed that they would not honor the advertisement and would not sell the car at that price. I ask to speak to his supervisor, he said he was it. Don't buy here. They lie and don"t care.

No problems with service.... a little lengthy however, it took 2.5 hours for an oil change and to look at an issue with my window lagging. This is the first service on my new vehicle so I have high hopes they will continue to offer great customer service. (Just took one star for length of time other than that great service!)

Very nice people but also very expensive. I was travelling through the area and had a problem with my Honda. The service dept was very gracious and saw my car right away. the people were very friendly and professional. they diagnosed the problem but the cost of repair was exorbitant. I called the dealer near home where I bought the care and they quoted a cost just under half the price Economy Honda did. I chose to bring the car home and saved a bundle.

An awesome car buying experience from beginning to...

An awesome car buying experience from beginning to end. The staff from the Economy Honda Superstore, Mary the finance manager, Jeff Newell and Brittney in sales, were so helpful and at no time was I pressured at all. This entire deal was completed over the phone and email. By far the best car buying experience I have ever had. I live in Florida and contacted this dealer in TN because they offered the most car for the money. The new Honda Accord I purchased was priced several thousand below the cheapest Accords I looked at locally and was loaded with leather, sunroof, bluetooth and too many extras to mention. There were no gimmicks, no hidden costs and they did not try to sucker me into buying thousands of dollars of extras. I kept wondering what could be wrong because it was all so smooth it felt like it was to good to be true but everything was exactly as Economy Honda said. Within an hour of me calling the dealership they contacted me back, gave me the final price, set me up with Mary the finance manager. I filled out a 2 minute finance application online, 0.9% can't beat that. Mary put together all the paper work, sent it Fed-Ex that same day, I signed all the paperwork the next day and returned it Fed-Ex in the return envelope provided by Mary. Jeff Newell and Mary were very patient and available for any and all questions I had, which were a lot. Jeff set up the transfer of the car from TN to FL the very next day for a minimal cost. The shipping team were also very polite and kept me informed of exactly what time the would be here. The car was exactly what was described and arrived to my driveway clean in mint condition with a full tank of gas. I would definitely say buy from Economy Honda Superstore if you want a great vehicle at a great price with excellent customer service.
