UPDATE: Denny the service manager looked at my Pilot yesterday and this morning comparing it against another identical model. They concluded that mine is working as designed. All their testing was done with the vehicle climate controls NOT in AUTO mode. AUTO mode works fine on my other Honda, but not in this Pilot. I guess I will have to live with the way this car works. If it finally breaks I hope it is before my extended warranty expires. At least this time the service department took an honest look at the car, and it was not passed off to the used car manager.

I don t have any issues with the service department at this time. I would rate them five stars. Based on my conversation with Brad the used car manager the first time they looked at it and what Denny told me, I can only conclude that this Brad is a liar. I will buy my next car somewhere else.



I have bought multiple vehicles here but the Pilot we bought last week will likely be the last from this place. Love the car but a couple days after we bought it found the auto feature on the climate control was not working as expected. Called the service department and they said to bring it in and they would look at it. According to the GPS tracker they installed it was driven twice since it was dropped off. Before lunch I get a call from a used car manager saying it was working properly and I need to make sure the ac is off to get the heat to work properly. What the ???? The auto feature turns off the ac switch. According to service and Honda Customer support, the auto feature is supposed to properly control the temperature at the number you set it at. Mine is not. Yet I get a call back from a used car manager and not service saying nothing is wrong?? After that phone call no one would talk to me about my car or return messages. My wife hid to go pick it up, still not working properly. And a different used car manage had her key fob. Not a good experience.

I don t by my parts from there anymore because I can get them from a dealer up north cheaper even after shipping.

Not too sure about the service department...
