Hey I am from India and want to get Ecoloblue for my home..how to order it? Whenever I try to go to your website it is showing error try again later.

It is a special place for the production of a highly interesting product and so necessary to live.

Bought one and it didn't work well. I opened it up and its basically just a poorly made Chinese product that could be so much more. Great idea though.

The worst customer support ever.
About 6 months to get replacement filters.
Excuse after excuse (Out of stock, getting from Canada, stuck in customs)
Then they sent the wrong ones and blamed me for the choosing incorrectly on the web site.
Then I had to pay return postage and an increase in price difference.
Then I had to call to see if they got the return package and to send me the filters...
THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN MY ENTIRE LIFE

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL! The customer support is none existent. I was delivered a broken atmospheric water generator and the company failed to replace it for a new working machine. I was denied assistance to troubleshoot the broken machine from tech/customer support personnel, Tom. The VP, Heather Jensen continues to be incapable of resolving this issue and fails to reply or contact me back.
