The worst customer support ever.

The worst customer support ever.
About 6 months to get replacement filters.
Excuse after excuse (Out of stock, getting from Canada, stuck in customs)
Then they sent the wrong ones and blamed me for the choosing incorrectly on the web site.
Then I had to pay return postage and an increase in price difference.
Then I had to call to see if they got the return package and to send me the filters...
THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN MY ENTIRE LIFE
