Christine and her team were extremely professional, neat & tidy and did a fantastic job. Our new floors look amazing including the edging and finishes. Christine visited our house a few times prior to installation and the pre work she suggested paid off. Very happy and would highly recommend.

Where do I begin... We chose Eco Fusion to floor part of our home with bamboo flooring. We had to wait almost 3 months to get it installed in the first place (we couldn't move in until this happened) because of delays with shipping and on top of this the communication throughout this time was rare, even with me asking for updates regularly because I wanted to move into our home! Once they were laid Christine offered us a small discount for the delay which was appreciated and we were told some of the resin stains on the boards would fade. However over the next few months we started to notice more and more stains and a year on they had never faded. In addition to this the bamboo is easily and noticably scratchable, two boards have chips (in low frequented areas) and one has started to raise. I brought this up with Christine and she offered to at least fix the two big resin stains (about 5x5cm each) which were in the middle of our lounge room. The 1st contractor who showed up came with the wrong boards so this was delayed again and over the weekend we've just had two other contractors come and replace the boards. The boards that are in tact do look nice but overall the quality and timeliness of the service gets a 2 from me, especially given how much we paid. I hope this review helps others out because the 5 star reviews are part of what made us use this service.

Christine is professional and provides very prompt quality service. In Dec 2018, when we enquired about timber floor installation, Christine was able to accomodate our request for a quick turnaround to have the installation completed within one week s notice. We were very pleased with the outcome and thankful to Christine for being able to organise for our timber flooring done without any issues. Christine also provides good follow-up services by coming to our home to check on the installation and ensure we were happy with it. Overall, very happy with Christine and her team for a good job done.
