eco flooring was the supplier of flooring for our new dream home build .
12 months in the signs started to appear with cupping and cracking.
they supplied the builder with some new flooring to replace damaged boards .
firstly they sent the wrong sheen of flooring and then they sent rep out to say we have washed it too much or washed it with wrong product .
now we are at three years down the track and this company is doing nothing regarding the faulty flooring .
I would highly recomend you do not use this flooring or company .
they have looked to find blame in everything else other than their products even after an independant inspection says otherwise .
