Unbelievably expensive! $18 for adults and $16 for a child of age 6! When I asked why so expensive, the clerk answered that they are a luxury movie theatre and she was rude about it. She gave no direction of where to go either. When we found the theatre, the theatre was not ready to enter even though our showing was at 4:30..we stayed outside at least another 10 to 15 minutes before we could go in. When I ventured in to see if we could go in, was met by another rude employee who was a little aggressive at telling we could not enter the theatre. Needless to say, give this place a 2 thumbs down and will never ever go back. Everything is a la carte so a popcorn and 2 drinks will run you $25. No thanks.

We weren't sure what to expect and I was completely blown away! This is a theatre that's ahead of its time. I felt like I was in my own movie set in the future. And the recliners are so comfy that I nodded off for a sec, in a scary movie! If I lived in Vegas this would be the only theatre I'd go to.
The theater is beautiful, the service is amazing. 2 draw backs. 1st if you sit mid to back seat you'll have the stair railing either in your peripheral vision or straight in your vision. 2nd the lights on the stair railing are way to bright for watching a movie. Those on the aisle might find it uncomfortable with the blinding light.
Views from the outdoor balcony are nice. Theater is spacious. Staff are friendly, courteous, and hard-working. Menu is smaller than anticipated, but still sufficient. I look forward to visiting again.
The theater has a 21+ rule after 9pm, I bought tickets for $80 on fandango for my family and I to see Endgame and I am furious as they said it was listed on the site when buying tickets and it is not Listed it is on a separate link when buying the tickets which no one checks, they expect me to refund my money through fandango and they were terrible about how they addressed the issue when we had payed for transportation to the theater and then back to the hotel, a terrible idea for business and terrible customer service.
Interesting concept, but I paid $18 ($36 for two) to essentially sit in a recliner. Whoopdy-Do. We ordered popcorn (portion was a Medium at AMC/Regal) and seasoned fries (portion was a Micky D's Small essentially), and paid an additional $16. While my partner liked their fries, my popcorn, after getting through the top buttered layer, was inexplicably and sporadically wet? Explain that! They brought food with NO napkins and after having to ask twice after, the movie ended with no napkins being delivered! She did remember to deliver the check! Service was nothing exceptional. I got a chuckle as a guy trying to deliver someone's food, went from row to row to row, in the dark, trying to hand food to the wrong people repeatedly. It was funny. It wasn't a large seating plan, and with POS technology, that should not have been happening. He should have known exactly, with pin-point accuracy, where to deliver! That's a management and training issue for sure. God help the person who finally got that food. Staff not overly friendly, engaging or proactive in their customer service. Their sevice was the same that staff behind the ticket booth or counter at an AMC, Regal or Lowes would provide. Not impressed. I wouldn't recommend Eclipse unless you're looking for the novelty value of an overpriced $52 movie and recliner. I can't see them staying in business beyond 3 years. Oh yeah, the movie was good. I went to Regal and saw it again for $8. Well... there you have it.
We were so excited to check this place out. Unfortunately it was a very underwhelming experience. We reserved our tickets and once we arrived we were told our seats might be separated due to scheduling issues. Also, they do not allow water bottles. Some people wouldn t mind this but we do. I don t want to spend $20 on drinks for the family when we just spend $60 on tix.
Not your normal theatre... Very unusual place no concession stand, there's a bar, you order at your seats, a very USED facility I would say... Chairs in lounge were dirty and very worn...
Wonderful experience. Great ambiance, art work, view and feral layout. The location gives you a really good view of the local area. We were so immersed in the experience that we forgot we were still in the. City of Vegas. The theater is located in a quite neighborhood where sitting on the patio area was pleasant. If the weather allowed slightly cooler conditions I would have love to use their small fire pit. The theater seats were lounging type chairs that allowed you to recline. That feature you can find in other theaters but the part that takes the eclipse to another level was the service offered directly at your seat. With a push of a button, my guest and I were able to order from a full appetizer and drink menu. Dishes like chicken wings, gourmet fries, flatbread treats and hardier choices. The spacing was ideal for individual couples or a group of friends. The wait staff was engaging and I was pleased with their service. There are very few places where I cannot offer some constructive criticism but the Eclipse has found as perfect a combination as possible. The only thing I would recommend is to keep doing what they are doing and look forward to bringing this quality service to other law Vegas location. My wife and I as well as our guest thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Bravo Eclipse Theaters!!!!
I'm giving this theater 3 stars due to its potential. At this time I would rather go to a galaxy theater. I did read a review that mentioned the projector noise and some other issues. I was in theater 7 watching The Mule seated in the back. During the quieter scenes you could hear the projector running, we could also hear the thunder from the movies around us. There was a couple in front that were complaining of the same things. When I was at the bar (before movie)I asked about a beer on tap and she said they were out. I asked about a specialty cocktail(bourbon tea drink) and she said she could make it , but that they did not have the boba garnish. I had the deviled eggs, the onion rings and Angus sliders, all were very good. The service staff were very friendly. The bathrooms were nice. I was in Tucson this year and went to a similar style theater/bar that was far better. I expect more from a place like this in Vegas. If you are watching an action movie, then you will probably be ok. Beware of the quitter dramas in this place.
The theater itself was very nice in addition to the bar and lounge. The reclining chairs is what I've seen at the Galaxy theater at the Cannery so not new to that experience. The only difference between the theaters is that you can order food and have drinks brought to you verses you ordering drinks and food and taking it in the theater. Being a [first time] guest, I felt we should have been told how to order food and/or drinks. I didn't know there was a button on the tray. We assumed the staff was going to come to us and ask if we wanted to order. Need more movie selections, especially if someone uses a Groupon. Can't see a blockbuster hit movie until a week later. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.
We got a private limo to this 5 star luxury cinema. Leather recliner chairs. Cinema all to ourselves. Private screening. Personal butler what more could you want? Went to see oceans 8. If you need assistance, food, drinks you just have to press the red calling button. Was an amazing experience. Got champagne to wash the food down. Cosy and snug definitely recommend. Would definitely go back also.
The theater is very nice looking and the staff is friendly. The seats are definitely comfortable. It's nice to have the option for adult beverages at the theater. They go above and beyond on this with featured cocktails. The sound and image quality during the movie was amazing. The negatives to my trip were minimal. You can hear the cooling fan on the projector during quiet parts of the movie. The temperature was nice for the first hour and then it just started getting hot...but hopefully this is a one time thing. I would recommend this theater, especially for a date night or to hang with friends.
Will definitely be coming back, theater chairs are super nice and the customer service is great. Next time I'll try not to fall asleep on the reclining chairs.
Came here for the Star Wars premier and it was amazing. Service was fast, seats were comfortable, and food was very good! Would definitely return to this theatre.
What a great movie watching experience! And when we got out of our movie, Tickle Me Comedy club upstairs was having a live comedy show! GREAT TIME! DO THIS WHILE IN VEGAS.
Amazing atmosphere and very professional staff. Eclipse is not only a great place to see a movie but to enjoy a good dinner and drinks. It's not often you can find a good mix of all three but Eclipse is the epitome of a fun, grown folks night out with dinner and a movie. I'm looking forward to another good experience next time I visit Las Vegas.
Lounge seating and some solid food and beer. Full bar and outdoor patio with a nice view before your show. It's a nice night out. It will definitely cost a little more than average movie night
It's a really nice place & it different from all of the movie houses in Vegas.. 2nd time going and was really disappointed in the "in movie service"! 1 guy to service the movie room is not the way to go when u r showing a sell out show!!! But I will be back but not when the movie room is packed!!
$16 for matinee is a bit extreme but it was hands down the most comfortable seating I've ever had the pleasure of sitting in. We arrived 20min early before they opened and the gentlemen cleaning was so very kind to open the door and politely tell us someone would be there to let us in soon and he was very kind upon entering the theater too.
Comedy was not that great. Too short of a skit for each comedian. Not very good in seating. Felt trapped with people kicking your table holding your drinks.
This movie Theater is absolutely amazing. The price is a little more than a surely Theater. The Chairs are totally flexible. You push a button and a food server brings you a menu. They have a kitchen where they prepare your food fresh. The experience was phenomenal..!!! I would Love to go back again. It's in Downtown vegas and is part of cleaning up Downtown area. I love it..!!!
Movie theater with bar lounge and larger selection of food than your standard theater. Seats were very comfy. Service was fast and friendly. Worth noting that most seats are set up in pairs, perfect for couples. There are a few singles available too. Good option for catching a movie, a quick walk from downtown hotels for those tourists wanting to catch a new release as we did.
The seating was comfortable but the food and prices was highly disappointing. $18 for Waygu sliders and I m pretty sure they came pre-made and microwaved. Bruschetta is not what you d think..more like cold cheese and crackers.
The movie was great Food was Awesome I had the Caesar Salad and added Shrimp so yummmy and Buffalo Chicken tenders were so divine and their Nachos OMG yess plus their Drinks fabulous ( Classic Margarita w/ sugar rim with comfy seats. Food and drinks came out in a reasonable timing, food was fresh and taste like an actual restaurant. I will be returning for excellent service like this.
I enjoyed the comfort of this establishment and the service. I do feel that the location is out of synch with what they offer. This place should be closer to Strip or in a more prominent location that best serves the purpose and spirit of why this place exists. I recommend visiting here and enjoying a good movie and a good adult beverage.
Went to see 1917 with a local friend. Kinda to just kill time before my flight home. Front desk girl was friendly and helpful. Service was very slow. It took maybe 20 minutes from the time we pushed the button before we saw a server. After that, waters took another 15 or so minutes to arrive(1 beer and a water). My friends nachos arrived about 15 minutes later, my chicken fingers another 20. So at the end, my food arrived about 25 minutes before the movie ended. When the movie ended, they rushed us out before the credits were half way over, like we were in their way. This was a slow sunday show with maybe 15 ppl in the theater. Not a terrible experience, but definitely not great.
Once you get in the actual show the experience is good. However, they try to bounce you to their bar to buy stuff before the movie which would be fine but they re too slow to actually serve you in a timely manner. Please don t bounce me to you re understaffed bar! Ends up be a tedious and annoying experience.
We saw the 1st movie that I was in tonight, 'Stop Playing Church". Awesome seating Nd viewing. Comfortable seating even when someone is walking you can still see the screen.
No parking for your car .we where going to the comdy show .what s joke .they move the show on second fl there was a company Christmas party .so no place to sit in the bar.show was at 800 pm it is 815 no show yet .just terrible please do not go .waste of time and money
