Made an order thru "Mac's" (subdivision? of Eckler's) Needed 2 parts quickly for Model T repair. Items were listed as in stock and seemed reasonably priced, and fast shipping implied. Ended up they only shipped one part, not letting us know they did not have the other, after 2 and 1/2 weeks of waiting for arrival, we finally decided to do 'make-do' repairs and reject the incoming package at the post office to at least save us the return shipping costs. Lousy all the way around.

Extremely poor customer service, I had purchased a hood from Eckler's Corvette with a threaded insert at an extreme angle that did not allow the hood to be installed properly on what will be a show quality car. The response from Eckler's was that the product stated it would need a little fiberglass work done and should only be done by a person familiar with fiberglass or an auto body shop.

Cutting out and replacing an insert is more than "a little fiberglass work". Truly disappointing causing me to find a new supplier for all of my Corvette needs.

Ordered a part for a family member for his corvett...

Ordered a part for a family member for his corvette back on December 3rd as a Christmas present. Had issues with my card so used another and they told me that the part would be shipped and arrive Christmas Eve. Part never came and when I called back they told me they never took my order off corrected so my part was sent to someone else. Then my order was put on back order. I will never use them again to order any parts and I will never recommend them to anyone. My family has even said they will no longer be using them. Also it s almost February and I still have not got my order.

Received a voicemail from customer service inquiring if I made a duplicate order of three parts. I thought they would leave a direct number to call back but the caller said she would send an email as it would be easier. I waited 4 hours and no email. I called the customer service number and after 25 minutes of being on hold, I found their email address. I let them know that I only had one confirmation email which tells me I only placed one order. They informed me finally via email that one of the duplicate parts was already shipped and all I had to do was return it for a refund. The return requires you to insure the part. I returned the part insured and it cost me 20% of the cost of the part. I asked for a credit or refund and all I got was another voicemail that I really did order the part and I was out of luck. I tried allying again to provide me with the confirmation email of the duplicate order but after 45 minutes on hold I gave up. This company will never get another penny from me.

Ecklers is the worst supplier in the industry. I worked for them for 2 years, they will lie, cheat, and steal. I wouldn t buy a screw from them now. Avoid at all costs.

i paid 3200 for a part i ordered from ecklers. have got nothing but the run around from them. its been 2 month and have recieved nothing. they refuse to answer the phones. was on hold for 47 minutes 1 day, and 55 minutes the next day. they dont update the website with tracking info. keep telling me 2 more weeks for delivery. finally spoke with customer support and they claim the manufacturerer of the part is ill, which makes no sense and it must be a 1 man show. i want my money back. all 3200 dollars from them. they refuse to give it back. ive been robbed by ecklers. after reading numerous reviews from others. seems like its a common practice with ecklers. this company needs to be put out of business.

I placed an order today 3/29/21. I forgot to add $15 clips and I called back within 2 minutes of my order. I sat on hold for 30min plus only to have them tell me I need to place a new order. I just paid over $60 for overnight shipping, literally just placed my order, and now I am expected to make a new order? I've had several issues in the past and this is the final nail in the coffin. Absolutely ridiculous.
