Ebb Tide Resort Reviews

Such a beautiful and well kept beachfront resort that felt very homey. Nothing but nice people working there who are all willing to accommodate any little thing you need or answer any question. Will definitely be back and I highly recommend!!

My stay was great!! Susan and Karen the manager /owners were very easy to get along with ,they helped in every way possible!! The location was the best, right on the sand..and it's a nice small hotel , like a Personal Resort!! I will stay with them ,whenever I'm in town!!

The best/good things about this hotel is the pool and the location right on the beach. Also they keep the place quiet at night. The rooms are a bit dirty, and need a lot of updating to be decent. We had ants in one room and a dirty paper cup that was still wrapped in plastic!! The soap is made in China (not sure if thats even legal) and its nasty; also they do not provide shampoo. The staff doesn't want to give any info on the local sites. They will simply tell you to go to the stores nearby for info (such as snorkeling, fishing, etc). It seems they would want to put a little money into updates to the rooms to make it nice and they could then charge more for the rooms.

In addition, this part of Florida is crowded and busy. If you want to relax better, I recommend the middle part of Florida-Atlantic side...Melbourne, or even St. Augustine in the North.

ps-I edited this review from two stars to only one star due to the owner badgering me because I left an honest review of their dirty hotel! Unbelievable!

Fantastic beach front only 19 units. Host was great. Quite and clean. Price was great. For water front. Litterally on the sand. Highly recommend

Great place, Super Nice people and Fun in The Sun!! Love it

This place was right on the ocean. Room was clean but not fancy. Everything in Pompano Beach was walking distance, which was also nice. It was quiet, peaceful, and the staff was very accommodating. We will be back.

I just stayed there this weekend with my wife and daughter and I was very satisfied with the service and how good and relaxing it is night or day, very calm and in nice upscale area right infront of the ocean I RECOMMEND IT! And here are some pics to show how beautiful it is

Amazing dog friendly resort. True mom and pop place. Rooms are super clean and inviting. Beautiful courtyard with pool, games, picnic tables. Directly on the beach, restaurants and shops within walking distance. I highly recommend and will be back.

We stayed for 6 days. room 17 single king with big window, TV and small area w fridge toaster and microwave..very helpful.. The internet in this room was not getting me a very good signal. both of our phones Verizon were having trouble connecting cell signal and wifi.no problems outside with wifi or signal so..... not a deal breaker by any means but should be looked into for improvement.. gated and cameras makes the place feel secure.. rooms were clean and kept well.. WiFi passwords i was told are changed often and updated by leaving a card on your door. i didn't get the card, guessing the 30 mile an hour constant breeze took it for a swim.. The hotel is very close to many places to eat..breakfast at the grill was good. the pier food was not bad..the 3.50$ beer cans were even better..!! my wife found a place on the boardwalk to do yoga in a group. no complaints with this place at all.. i would suggest it to friends and already have>>!! my dog met several other dogs while walking and swimming...

We had a wonderful time here. The room was neat as a pin when we got here. The location cannot be beat. Parking was iffy on Saturday night. Otherwise a great place to stay.

The stay was great I was there for a family reunion and we all loved it the rooms are so close to the pool and grill so we all went between the both the only thing there is, is that unlike the beds that sofas are not that comfortable but I love the beds and my room is the only room with a not so great sofa and the beach is close to the resort which is great

I just vacationed here for Christmas and had an amazing stay at the Ebb Tide. After a somewhat painful experience at another hotel nearby my boyfriend and I were able to book a 5 night stay last minute at the Ebb Tide for just 139 a night (including Christmas day!). The staff were all friendly and very helpful. The room itself is nothing to boast about, but it is clean (no mold, roaches, or left over sand like many nearby hotels), has cable with lots of channels, and internet that reaches out to the beach. Did I mention the BEAUTIFUL beach set up? Literally ocean front the patio is gorgeous, has an air of privacy and is perfect for lounging on to watch the water without even having to get onto the sand. Needless to say I will be staying at this resort every time I visit my family down south.

Totally loved it there. It is an older condo type building but it is very well maintained. Also its right on the ocean with their own private beach area and they also have a pool. We truly enjoyed our stay there and will definitely be going back.

Great location. Second year staying at resort. Enjoyed the peace and quiet. Had room where I could enjoy the beautiful view of the ocean.

Great location - on the beach w/private setting. Walking distance to restaurants & entertainment. Very friendly & accommodating staff. Owner exceptionally nice. Quiet & Relaxing atmosphere. Stayed for Anniversary & was treated like royalty. Room was oceanview w/ kitchenette. Cant wait to stay again!! Highly recommend.

Spent a very relaxing five days at this beautiful resort in mid July. Room was very comfortable and the quiet, private beach was fantastic. Several restaurant choices within easy walking distance as is the public pier (close to get to but far enough away that very few people walk across the sand in front of the hotel). Very friendly staff and a nice place to stay when you want a real get-away. Will absolutely consider returning when I visit Florida again. It was a nice change from the pace of Orlando and Miami.
