Non transparent company with favourism ideology. HR department is very sketchy.

i send them too many resume even fill up on internet i full fill all requirment but still they not select me. why?

Eaton not shortlisting to matching to requirement profile.
Why they did that?

EATON India Innovation Center - Power management company with excellent focus on innovation and engineering excellence. This center is also a customer experience center with class leading test lab facility.

Best place to work. Most of the facilities are provided by company like Mode of transportation ny bus, Canteen facilities. Very good company for Inclusion & diversity and of course for its Ethics. Its Limited Liability proprietorship type of business of Eaton Corporation Ltd. It has also another centre of engineering in Kharadi (Eon IT park) named Eaton Technologies corp.

growing exponentially, no proper HR plans in place to organize the interviews..but good place to work for.. technical work depends on the individual team u r going to work for..but good payer in the market

One of the best place I have seen so far. Best work culture and state of the art infrastructure.
