These guys are so great. Everyone I interacted with was really nice, prompt to be helpful, and not "bike-snooty" at all (you know the type I mean!). Greg fixed up my Craigslist find very quickly and patiently answered all my questions. I did not feel any strong sales pressure but he showed me some models that I will be pondering as I tool around on my fixer-upper for now. If I decide to upgrade I'll definitely be going back to them (and even if I don't, I'll still go back for repairs; they're very reasonable in price). Thank you!

We called to purchase a BIG RIPPER BIKE and the man hung up on my wife 3 times. He then CALLED MY WIFES PHONE asking her to stop calling their shop! He was extremely rude and even tried to engage her ( A WOMAN ). I don't even know what to say about this... we pride ourselves on supporting local businesses, but it practices like these that make it increasingly difficult. I DO NOT RECOMMEND SUPPORTING THIS BUSINESS!! There are many other shops who will value their customers.

Absolutely fabulous shop. Dominik (sorry if I butcher the spelling of your name) in particular really helped me get my new bike dialed in, and was very friendly and helpful.

As of April 2021, there isn t a huge selection of mountain bikes aside from expensive boutique brands, but that s the story all around the world.

Anything bike related, these are the guys to go to!

Me and my family just bought 3 bikes here today, I'm a hefty guy with strong legs and pedaled too hard up hill changing gears after I got home with the bike and broke a chain link. Luckily this shop is amazing and I brought it back and got a new chain.
Great customer service and they have a free maintenance clinic from 10am to 11:30am 1st Saturday of every month if you want to learn to do stuff yourself and replace your own parts.
I know I'll be showing up next time to learn.

Super friendly! Unfortunately no bikes in stock that were my size / specifications but blaming that on Covid.

Very nice guys. Treated my son well helping him find a bicycle that fit his needs and budget. Every bike they sell is inspected and tuned up before it leaves and comes with a free follow-up tune up after being broken in (cables and chain stretch, things loosen up with use -- this is normal). Great way to ensure satisfied and repeat customers.

I've never had a bike shop explain bike maintenance tips and service how-to's to the level of depth Bothell Ski and Bike does. Even though it's not theoretically in their best interest as a business to get you to know more about how to service your own bike, Bothell Ski and Bike doesn't care: they do what is best for you, as a bike rider and a consumer. This shop is run by a group of positive, knowledgeable, caring employees.

Love this place! Great, knowledgeable people who give great service. We have been here for everything from bike repair, to bike purchase and get our son's yearly ski rental here.
