Disappointed lunch break. Although there was hardly anyone in the restaurant, I sat at the desk waiting to be served. When I finally go to order half of the dishes on offer was not available. I ask to pay with a ticket and you can not in spite of being reported as qualified to the service. When they bring me the food they leave it without the usual covered Eataly. Fast and fast food cooking. Very negative experience and definitely below the Eataly standards. I leave 2 stars only for the recognition of good raw materials. At a minimum the SERVICE item on the receipt is to be removed.

I ate well, nice place, typical eataly furniture, made in Italy products organic food polite and polite staff ... a little expensive but there is for the quality of the ingredients ... the bathrooms are a bit like a truck stop clash with all the rest.
