It wasn't overly busy but the waitress didn't stop by to check if the table needed refills only got 3 total and 2 were at very end of meal. Food was good though very nice restaurant inside

The food was very good. Waitress was OK. There could have been more help to assist her with the many tables she had to cover. Nonetheless, I always enjoy the food and the service at this restaurant.

Food was good but service was HORRIBLE!!! (And I do mean it in that way) my table was filthy, my silver wear was milky with soup residue, and the wait-staff acted rude. I can understand if they are busy or understaffed but there is a difference between busy and just not caring!

Last night we arrived around 9 30 PM knowing that...

Last night we arrived around 9 30 PM knowing that "Last call" for salad bar was at 9 45. There was no on at the front post to greet us. I stood there for approximately 6 minutes waiting for someone/anyone to seat us so that we could immediately grab some stuff from the salad bar before it closed. Finally a not so pleasant gentleman came to great me. We walked to our table and the host then stated that our waitress would be with us.

5 minutes passes no on comes back to our table to ask us for water or to lay silverware on our table. By now, we began to fix our salads. 10 minutes, 20 minutes and still no silverware or drinks. By now, our fruit and salads were sitting on the table in front of us along with our menus which we stood up on the table in the hopes that someone/anyone would notice that we had not been waited on.
Several waiters and waitresses walked by, looked us dead in our faces and kept moving.

The man who seated us also walked by saw that our food had not been touched and saw our menus standing on the table and said nothing: did not ask us if we needed anything and did not mention anything to his co-worker. Someone his age should have known better.

A little over 30 minutes passes and the manager walks by and sees our table and finally asked us if we were ok.

Needless to say, she apologized and took our orders. I appreciate how she handled the situation but I am upset that the place was damn near empty and it took so long to be seated. Additionally, the culture of hospitality is lacking in that place. We purposely staged our table in such a manner as to draw attention to the fact that we had not been waited on and no one got that except for the manager. I know for a fact that the guy who seated us knew that something was wrong, but his attitude was like "Oh well it's not my table" it's not my responsibility.

It will be a while before I eat there again.

If I could give zero. I totally would. I've been there probably about 3 times in the past 3 years. The first, the breakfast was subpar and cheese wasn't melted. It took forever for it too. The second, wasn't terrible, although, we asked to split the check and they charged both of our cards the full price. Then when I realized, charged mine again. They had to credit 75% but it took. A few days. This past time was literally the worst. The lady seating us asked if my friend and I wanted a high chair, when we said no a booster would be fine, she brought the high chair anyway. Our waitress, Sue, said almost nothing. First words were, "what do you want to drink?". When she brought out water, she asked are you ready to order. We ordered. I ordered a chicken sandwich, which was tiny. The chicken appeared if it were ripped on the grill. The tomatoes looked old and the lettuce was light green, white and brown. I asked for a menu and ordered something else. After we were almost done, she rushed us, by giving us our checks. Then the baby dropped the cup on the floor and she yelled at us that she almost fell and we needed to be more careful.
I've never had such horrible service. Please tell them to be caring.

The eggs Benedict was the worst I've ever had.

Where do they find English muffins that small? The muffins were barely toasted and very soggy.

There was about 2 tablespoons of egg on each muffin (I asked for scrambled).

The hollandaise sauce was oily and had zero flavor.

The potato pancake medallions were extremely greasy and fried to almost burnt.

$7.00 is not by no means an expensive breakfast, but with a $3.00 tip a customer should get more value for their money.

Usually the food is great but today the grill chicken was half done! The management should have given me my money back and took preventative measures about serving half done chicken. I'm a regular customer!

I hadn't been going out to eat due to.the pandemic. I needed to get out & we decided to have lunch. Service was great. We were seated probably for Social Distancing & it was all around a good experience.

Eat n Park is a classic Pittsburgh American restaurant. Great breakfast, lunch, and dinner options. I have been eating at one or another Eat n Park restaurant since I was a kid (seems like many moons ago). Stopped in this location to grab a Superburger, Fries, and Slaw (which is normally what I always get) but decided on a club sandwich. Great staff and decent service. I highly recommend a visit if you happen to be in the area.

My daughter and my granddaughter and myself go there once a month Jacob they always accommodate us to sit by the window for my two-year-old granddaughter to look out the window the waiters and waitresses are very courteous and I enjoy going there

Where to start... From the hostess cussing out an elderly lady for them not putting her name on me list. Or being sat and ignored for 25 minutes it was horrible. The waitress, Chelsea, eventually came and tapped our table and disappeared. A different waitress eventually took the order and finished our service. When our food finally arrived the potatoes were not fresh and cold. Won't be back.

Eat N Park is a great local chain. Lots of tasty choices and fresh baked goods. I love the salads, soups (especially potato), and the Super Burger. But you honestly can't go wrong with anything. Staff is always friendly too!

Great little diner. Good food for the most part for simplicity. Great desserts. Staff has always been kind an respectful. Alot of elderly people go here and I always see the staff being very patient and kind to them aswell as children. It's a nice little place to go grab a quick bite. Wait time for food is about 20min. Great salad bar. Great prices.

The worse service from the server (Maureen) & the manager (Mike) told the server when we requested to talk with him that he was too busy in the kitchen to come deal with us we waited for an hour + for our food...never will we ever be back to this place...will be calling corporate on Monday morning....
