Nice place overall, food is ok but desserts are better! Kids friendly and the waiters were very nice!

Usually very fast but today they were short handed resulting in a half hour wait for our food.

Great breakfast and fast service, however our waitress was very distant and not a very good people person. Her service could have been a little better.

Neat and clean. Salad bar was well stocked. Service was fast and friendly.

Drive thru was OK. Fast service ..pleasant employee.

I am from Pittsburgh but lives in Phoenix so when I come home I love this place

Good after church Sunday buffet. Especially, if your looking for brunch... they have a good mix of breakfast and/or lunch options on buffet. Or, of course you can order from menu. It's not fine dining but what you expect from a chain diner.

Typical eat n park. Slow service mediocre food. I just wanted a big salad bar, and that they have. I just don't understand how the service can be so bad there all the time.

Love eat n park come here as much as I can. Food is great so is the price.

There was a room of about 25 high schoolers late at night maintained by a single waitress. I have no idea how she managed to do that. That woman is clearly a superhero. If she can do that, she can do anything. This place is prepared for anything. This place is good. If you're stressed about anything, this is the place to just Eat'n Park

As alway good value food with great service all topped off with a smiley cookie. :-)

The food is pretty good although the service isn't always the best

Waited 6 minutes to be greeted at door by hostess we where only one there she came out on her phone was seated waited another 7 minutes to get waited on. table and seat was sticky as was the tile floors watched hostess wipe off table next to us , using dirty rag ,,rest room stunk of urine flithy area service was very slow and unprofessional i dont post reviews but this was the 3 rd time in a row this happened here i was hoping it would get better,, ,, I will NOT be back to this restaurant

We we're having breakfast before going to the penguins game so our server got us our food quickly so we could get out. But, the haste did not dampen the quality of our meal.

1st time visiting this particular Eat'n Park. The service was terrible. Ordered hamburger and French fries had to wait almost 40 minutes. Went there for the meatloaf and mashed potatoes was told that they took that off the menu.

Service was horrible!! Our waitress was ignorant and impersonal. She was unable to answer rather simple questions. I asked the amount of sides that came with the burger I was ordering. It was met with a smart response. She also could not give a response about the salad bar. She had a horrible attitude. She should rethink being a waitress.

Food is usually pretty good, and so is the service. My kid loves it as well so that's always a plus. I just wish they had more staff to keep the floors cleaner. Other than that, still pretty good.

ALWAYS tip your servers. At least 18%.

Super fast service, good hot food, very nice server.

The food was so good and satisfying that I really felt it was necessary to leave a tip for the cook.

Its been a while since ive gone and now i remember why! The service is slow even on a slow day. I had a random person tell me that we can seat ourselves. Then our server disappeared towards the end of the meal, wait another 10 minutes before we got up to try to pay the bill. But then no one could find her for another 10 minutes. Stood at the front for a good 12 minutes before someone checked us out. Then she complained cuz i needed to pay part in cash n part in card and someone came over after i started to say ive done it before without issue becuase she said she was gonna have to break it into 2 checks. and then she HOVERED while i was signing the paper. Overall wasnt impressed and wont be going back anytime soon.

I had called weeks ago and reserved the party room for a meeting. I get there and it s FILTHY. Granted, it s free to use But I was having 7 people for a meeting. We were all getting food. I had to ask for rags and a broom/dustpan to clean it before people arrived. The hostess told me she routinely tells people stuff like that s not my job but she helped me because I was nice. Someone needs to tell her what a hostess does and how a good restaurant runs. (Everyone should be helping to satisfy the customer) I m giving 3 stars because our server was very nice and attentive. ( Younger man with glasses) if not for him it would be 1 Star. Not sure we will be having any more meetings at this location.

Food was okay. Service was not had to ask for coffee. Not even a smile.

Breakfast buffet was great. Service was excellent!

Spaghetti and meatballs, with meat sauce. Not bad but make sure you ask for extra sauce.
Fruit cup, like always too much honeydew and cantaloupe.
Pumpkin bread, not edible. Very soggy and tasteless.

Service was slow the breakfast burrito was delicious however potaoes were cold.

Waitresses were leaning up against a wall next to the kitchen socializing, I told them that all the dishes that were being used for the buffet still had dirty food on them and not clean. After being told one had said "And, what can I do about it"...REALLY??? The time she had to actually handle the situation correctly had come and gone, the moment I created a public spectacle is the time she chose to act and become helpful to a small degree, she was still somewhat snarky asking me why I put a dirty dish back on the stack of dirty dishes. I hope she chooses to be more professional and accommodating to other customers in the future, she then may find something more than the wasted ink it took to write a ZERO where it says TIP. Consistent food. Service so so. Ability to adjust for conditions poor. Sunday brunch negates salad bar options on menu no adjustment offered.

Terrible service Waited an hour for fried food that came out cold. All 5 dinners Server was unresponsive or empathetic never apologized and waited over and over again for her to come back. Managers solution? Free drinks on a $80 check We left the majority of our food on the table and then the hostess was very rude when asked to see manager again.... Waterworks was better when it had Kings. We will stick with Shaler Eat N Park

This place stinks the service is tarble and it 10 bucks for two eggs one waffle and a cup of coffee

We had a friendly waitress Tiffany in Fox Chapel. Tiffany was an excellent waitress best we have had in years. She is a excellent representation of Eatn'Park.

I'm from Ohio and right when I ordered I thought this is like big boy. In looks it's similar but this place tastes way better than big boy. Friendly staff. Wish they would open one in Dayton Ohio.

To much mayo in slaw. Upon arrival, well let's say it's good the hostess had a smile on her shirt. My waiter was great however. Food acceptable, not bad, not WOW! Also freezing cold inside, so I sat outside. Won't be back until next spring because of inside temperature. But breakfast there is always good

Excellent service. Good diner food. And they saved the last Coconut Cream Pie for us! It's an amazing pie!

Silverware not clean! Potato not prepared fresh, cold. Order not correct. Booth area dusty! Very disappointed!!

Me and my friend decided to grab a meal at Eat'n Park. He got the griddle smile, which he enjoyed. I got the chili, which sucked, too many kidney beans, and very liitle meat. I also got the mac'n cheese, which was ok and hand-breaded zucchini, which was the best of the bunch and plentiful.

Horrible customer service waited over 30 minutes to be waited on! Even reached out to the lady that seated I and my guest! She told us she was getting someone and no one ever came! I WILL NOT BE BACK TO THIS ONE!

Always good food (reasonable portions) at a good price. Fast and friendly service from Coral. I enjoyed the Turkey Croissant with Gouda and my wife liked her baked cod.

I eat here all the time. Great food. Good prices. Not bad for a quick sit down meal.

The remodel looks nice and the service was nice. Be careful when you go though, as it took my family a hour to get our main dish served

Saturday evening, about 6:30 with my son, my two grandsons and two friends. Waitress kept forgetting our silverware and napkins. Forgot part of the order, even after receiving help from another waitress. Received dinner rolls after we were finished with our meal. She kept apologizing. Left her a decent tip because we all have those days.The restaurant was dirty and quite a few large spots on the floor. Eat n Park you have to do better. Probably won't be back.

Eat'n Park always is reasonably priced decent food.

Love the nantucket cod. Since when do seat yourself though? Waterworks location??

Food was great, water tasted a bit funny but I'm guessing it was due to the pitcher or cup. Service was slow, initially was going to get dessert but took a half hour before the waiter came back.

Do not go here if you're in a rush, or really if you like even somewhat quick service, at all. Food is consistent, but service is poor.

Not like I remember but the food is good.up charges are a bit steep.

It is a family restaurant...safe place to go with your kids...I do like to order the cod fish sandwich and chicken bruschetta...

Good food for a great price. Always a reliable choice.
