Just don't.
Was told they could accept my companies inventory for Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales. They told me they only needed 1.5 weeks to inventory everything. It has not been 7 weeks and still have not had all of our inventory put into their system. Orders placed on 11/28 did not get shipped until 12/19. We ended up having to remake the inventory and ship the majority of orders ourselves, which of course made us double our initial inventory investment in sale, basically eliminating most of the profit from the biggest sale of the year. All I get is excuses and them blaming us. Cannot get our issue escalated past our customer service rep and they told us they didn't want to put extra manpower into our account so their other customers didn't suffer.
Don't use Easypost.

It is a great place to work. My son and boyfriend both worked there. They loved it. It is pick/pack. The pay was decent. During peak season, you could count on sixty hours a week or more. In the off season, it would run between 35 and 45 hours.

shipping prices were good., until we found out why:

we shipped two boxes to a customer, with UPS, they got lost (customer never received them) and we told EP that it's lost. They said that it shows delivered, therefore it's not there problem.
We started a claim with UPS, Ups told us (after they tried twice to find it) that they could not prove that it was delivered.
EP had the nerve to tell us that it's a theft claim, and according to their rulebook, you need to have the package signature required if you wanted to submit a theft claim.
Would suggest staying far away from them if you are selling anything of value. good for shipping cheap stuff, but if it ever gets lost, forget getting a payment out of them, they have a long list of rules that you probably never even read.

We cleaned for a location they closed in PA. They had 2900.00 in past due invoices. Ignored all our calls and emails.

Just got finished interviewing with the Director of IT, April, after stopping the interview myself. She admitted that she didnt know about the interview and stated proudly, " Thats why we have Calender!" She asked me two questions about how would I start to troubleshoot a printer issue, I gave my answer. She proceeded to tell me that the actual problem was on the network with when people get connected and are on the guest network. which I understood, but then she told me " Its a known Mac issue, that you probably didnt know." Uhh, okay. I continue the interview. Then she asks me to explain DNS to her like I was explaining it to my grandmother. I give an explanation of DNS. She tells me " What does that have to do with DNS?" I tell her, were you asking me what is DNS or How would I explain it to my grandmother? Doesnt answer me but, will make a face that I can only describe as being condesending. Thats when I end the interview and tell her that I think she was being unprofessional and that he facial expressions were inappropriate. I've never been treated like this in an interview ever before, not prepared, and condesending. If this is a reflection of this company, I'm glad I stopped the interview. So, if you're looking for a job where the boss is kind, yet firm without being condesending. Look somewhere else.

I have honestly never had a more horrific experience with a company. We were so thrilled to find shipping help for our small business at a reasonable price, but now we've spent hundreds, if not thousands of dollars trying to repair what Easypost has done. A combination of miscounting inventory, losing entire cases, transitioning warehouses without notice, damaging product with box cutters (and sending those products to customers), and not honoring first-in-first-out inventory rotation, this has by far been the worst business relationship I've ever had the displeasure of experiencing. Stay far, far away.

This company aka SIMPLER POSTAGE made a fraudulent claim with THE USPS for a package of MEDICATION that was sent to me from The Bronx NEW YORK, CORNELL STATION post office. The package was sent in November of 2018 via SECOND DAY PRIORITY MAIL, WHICH COST $27, and i did not receive it until 12/8/2018. On 12/12/2018 someone went online (how i don't know) and filed a claim for a missing package from this company and a $3,376.48 check was cut to GARRETT NAKAMURA ON 12/14/2018. FYI WE ARE GOING TO PRESS CHARGES AND FIND OUT WHO YOU ARE AND YOU WILL BE PROSECUTED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW!!!

Accepted my business and recieved shipment of my packages on 12/17. One was signed by them. They are current still trying to locate them in their warehouse. Poor customer support. Constant excuses as to why things are happening. Have fulfilled 0 orders in the last 2 weeks for my company. Overall poor service
