This is the worst company ever . They cheat everyone on your pay. They advertise they re paying you $15 an hour and what they pay you is 11.00. Stay away if you need a check you can do better

In good faith and loyalty to my wife I switched out my dream bed for an Easy Rest product for $7000. This turn out to be a very bad idea. This bed has a message/vibration function that has a very loud clapping sound that you would have listen to while it running. I strongly recommend that if you allow these people into your home make sure that you have a sound contract that you will have to live with. They serviced my bed on a couple of occasions and finally told be that they had no new updates to fix this problem. So I am stuck with a bed that does NOT function as advertised and demonstrated by their sales representative. Say no to any advances from Easy Rest product sales.

I haven t gotten any rest since I brought this bed since we brought this bed. My back hurts. When my husband snores, the entire bed shakes. He paid $10k for it. I wish he could get his money back. I hate this bed and don t recommend no one spend a lot of money for it. It s very uncomfortable

The bed is great, but the customer service is horrible. The owner should be ashamed to have a rude, unhelpful and unprofessional staff answering the phone. All I wanted was a replacement remote. I wanted an invoice sent so I get it paid by my trustee. Chris at customer service said, "no, they don't do that". And then he hung up on me. I called back and asked for the legal department and Keith said no. I ask to be able to contact corporate headquarters and he said no. This was after I had a lengthy conversation with Ann Mowrey the public relations director. She said just send an email with a picture of the remote to customer service and they would help. But never call me and then they were rude and unprofessional when I called them.

So DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY DON'T RESPECT THEIR CLIENTS.

It crazy I was just thinking about this scam of a place and noticed some comments on how I also feel about the place. I lasted only four weeks. Im not the type of salesman especially the one they wanted me to be. There are printed scripts that are all lies, the product is not worth the $, the way they train us or want us to be is aggressive. I hope people do read my comment as well as the other people who worked there previously. We warn you. Best of luck.

I regret making this purchase.. I was promised it would be good for my 82 year old husband, who is having back pains and has a problem with lymphoma in his lower legs.
I ordered an XL TWIN, because I anticipated the need for rails later on,. the bed was too soft (HE SLIPS OFF) and didn't seem to be an XL TWIN. I called the next morning to complain to the company, but the Easy Rest customer service personnel was rude and indifferent to my problem.
This was by far most expensive mistake i have ever made, because my husband does not like the bed and I paid cash for it. The company said there is nothing they could do but to send out a topper for the mattress.
HOW DO THEY GET AWAY WITH THIS.

I feel I was pressured, & I was not given a choice but instead they ordered what they said I needed. I now have 2 twin mattresses Called to see about exchanging for king matteress.FRED was supposed to check on and call me back, he claims to but I never got any call back. After I called Fred back he said it would cost me another$700. (after spending$5,000.) SINCE I AM NOT HAPPY WITH WHAT THEY SOLD ME I HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO PAY SO I CAN SLEEP IN COMFORT. FRED told me he would put in order for new mattress yet a full month and I have heard nothing. Fred has not returned my call.

If I ever decide to buy an adjustable bed it will not be from Easy Rest. I have a close family member who is elderly with multiple mental health issues. Apparently a door to door salesman talked her into buying an Easy Rest bed in February of 2020. She paid $3040.65 including tax and delivery. She paid a $1,500 down payment and financed the $1,540.65 balance over 4 years at 18%. The finance charge for that $1,540.65 loan will be $717.63. The bed stopped working within a couple months. In August she was taken to the hospital and was never able to return to sleep on the bed that stopped working anyway.

She was taken advantage of in the first place as she is not well mentally and is naive. She is the type of person that can easily be taken advantage of. Easy Rest doesn't care about that. As POA for her, I contacted Easy Rest and explained the situation but they didn't care. The only thing they care about is that she signed a contract. She agreed to let the company deduct the money from her checking account and they refuse to stop. Meanwhile she is running out of money having to pay for advanced assisted living. This is a shameful situation. I would rate the company with 0 stars if I could.
