The bed is great, but the customer service is horrible. The owner should be ashamed to have a rude, unhelpful and unprofessional staff answering the phone. All I wanted was a replacement remote. I wanted an invoice sent so I get it paid by my trustee. Chris at customer service said, "no, they don't do that". And then he hung up on me. I called back and asked for the legal department and Keith said no. I ask to be able to contact corporate headquarters and he said no. This was after I had a lengthy conversation with Ann Mowrey the public relations director. She said just send an email with a picture of the remote to customer service and they would help. But never call me and then they were rude and unprofessional when I called them.

So DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY DON'T RESPECT THEIR CLIENTS.
The customer service behavior has an evil disposition.
